- Welcome Back To My Kitchen !! And today we are making one of my favourite family breakfast or brunch recipes Pig Feet Souse

⬇⬇ Ingredients List ⬇⬇
2 pounds pig feet
1 lime
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp adobo seasoning
1 tsp lemon and pepper seasoning
water to cover while cooking
For seasoning water
1/4 cup Chive
1/4 cup Celery
1/4 cup Parsley
1/4 Onion
2 cloves garlic
two seasoning peppers
1/2 hot pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp adobo
1 cup water
3 ladle spoons of pig feet water
2 tsp lime juice

Where did you buy your pressure cooker from and what size is it?
A must which was not shown in the video. Prior to cooking is a must to not only first wash off - then also boil off the Pig Feets "gray skum".
I Lovvvve souse. I don't think I've had pig feet. I've had chicken and cow feet, as long as its spicy i'm good to go.

Where are the cucumbers
So you don't use the original water you used at first.
