There's a bug in Ava's mysteryblah Quest line where Francis' head can't be acquired. That mission can not be completed and you will have to reset your ENTIRE PLAYTHROUGH. With the games story being so bad I can't be asked
Most annoying glitch ever is when you look in a vendor, exit it and now your crosshairs are huge and are only reset to normal by opening another menu. Happens EVERY time and I’ve never seen it be mentioned before lmao
My favourite glitch is the one that I got out of nowhere 6 months ago where I or my friends are unable to play multiplayer at all, no public, friend only or invite only sessions, multiplayer is a dead feature for me and my friends. 😀 Thankyou Gearbox for telling me the problem is my internet despite using 4 seperate sources of internet connection and redirecting me to a link to Microsoft Support after making me wait 2 weeks after submitting my ticket. Fix your fucking game 😊

Something that I've notice happen while farming enemies like Sumo and Beef is when using Iron Bear's railgun, they get sent to oblivion. Like they'll shoot through the level's geometry and they are just gone. Really annoying.
The UI design was a huge improvement over Borderlands 2, but whoever was in charge of coding it seems like they had no idea what they were doing. Items failing to equip, unintentionally fast traveling when trying to scroll the map, and the exclamation mark icons on things that aren't new. Just a mess all around.
Kinda my fault but I did break the one Ava podcast episode When fighting Beef Plisskin you are supposed to weaken him so that he surrenders... but that's not what happened for me on my first play through. GF and I dropped him down to about half health. I flanked behind him and shot him in the back of the head with a Jakobs shotgun. He rag dolls and flies into the meat grinder in front of him and dies. Broke the whole mission to the point where we both had to restart our games before the map reset itself. *If it took more than one shot, you weren't using a Jakobs.*
I am only playing for speed trial world records, so most annoying bugs for me: 1. Proving grounds or takedowns doors not opening even though all enemies are dead(ruin world record pace runs). 2. Enemies trapped inside/behind container doors, not able to damage/kill them(ruin world record pace runs). 3. Trial of discipline door to room 2 taking 20 seconds to open after clearing room 1(still???). 4. Boss immunity phases(prolonged, additional, etc). 5. Vendor machine crash(especially during Maliwan Takedown).
My game crashes frequently on Maliwan Takedown Vendors. To the point that, if I play it, I won't go to the vendors at all past the first one. Also, sometimes in Guardian Takedown on the final boss, I'll finish the mobs on the outlying islands, then the portal won't spawn. Probably a case of a stuck enemy glitch, but it's the only one I've ever encountered, and it's on the hardest content in the game. Both times it happened to me were on True Takedown.
The most annoying glitch that just pisses me off is the glitch with the new action skills. The new action skill for each character will sometimes not activate when you press the button for your action skill, but the game will still think your skill has been activated and the skill will go into cool down. This is especially bad if it happens during a massive battle. This is why I don't bother with the new action skills. It sucks that the devs never bothered to fixed this.
Just got the game recently. I use a Mac and Gearbox made no effort to tell Mac users the game could work on their machines. I had Aurelia bug out on me yesterday. Went 'Immune' to everything and wouldn't do anything. So I walked up and punched her in the face. That worked. Regarding the Inventory bug. I've found using the E key rather than clicking works a lot better.
I've had the NPC glitch with following Ava, and the next mission marker not loading on the map. Most annoying one so far is the explosives glitching out on an inaccessible ledge for the Tallon mission and there's still no fix, so won't be doing it on this play through.
The only problem I have is the game has begun to randomly crash for no real reason. It only started after the recent update to the game whereas before not a crash in sight
For the menu bugs, use the E key instead of mouse1. I think the bug happens because the cursor is able to move stuff around and that function is just really buggy, so try using the E key. For me this always works without problems. (E key = interact button)
Play the Nintendo Switch version of Borderlands 3. It's CHUCK FULL OF GLITCHES. - Disappearing Golden/Diamond Keys (The ones on your characters) - Bank SDU Resets - Items Disappear from your inventory (The ones you put on your walls)
I'm not surprised. I bought the Witcher 3 on switch a few years ago and it was agonizing, couldn't believe how great it played on PC. Switch just doesn't have the computing power that is needed for AAA games coming out now, except of course of made specifically for the switch. I'm sure BL3 is a real mess
If u save quit after the death cutscene of Typhon and before the mission complete u hardlock. Nothing u can do. If. Save quit before placing the Eden 6 key on the same map u hard lock. Those are very frustrating
On my first playthrough on launch after killing troy all of the loot glitched through the floor and my game softlocked until i save quit. Most frustrating experience on the first playthrough
You can avoid the Inventory equipping bug by using your Keyboard to navigate your inventory, and you can also drag and drop weapons into their respective equipment slots.
The multiplayer Connection glitch annoys me the most (i play on xbox), if u don't know thats were u try to join your friends and when your about to join, your game goes offline or the hosts game does
You forgot to address the bug where you complete a mission’s objectives, however sometimes when you complete then for some odd reason you can’t progress any further

Can't go wrong with uploading good Borderlands content videos, got potential for 10.000subs by release of the main borderlands 4 trailer. Borderlands 3 is one of the few games where i straight look for game informations and trivia on youtube because the wiki wasn't as helpful. Then the yt algorhythm does the rest with flooding more borderlands recommendations to watch.
Great video, I remember finding a few bugs and glitches when the game first came out on Steam and thankfully saw a good number of them patched out quickly and smoothly... though unfortunately, many still remain like the ones you've listed. Also, 'Glitches' is spelt wrong in your video title.
One bug i noticed is that i cant join in on a friend if they are playing and we have to start in the main menu. Otherwise it changes my connection to offline and i have to restart the game to change it to online I also noticed the optimization in co op is terrible and i can crash someones game if the entity count gets high(ish), even with not so much stuff onscreen. Doesnt happen when i play by myself though
This isn't a bug or glitch, more of a QoL thing. I play on PS5, and Catch A Ride stations only save preferences for the outrunner. If I modify and take out either the cyclone or technical, and then return to the station, my presets are gone and I have to select the parts I want for them all over again. I've only started playing since the game was free on Playstation Plus, so I don't know if this is a new problem or if it's always been there. But it's annoying.
@@tomassoejakto are you changing your 'preset' or just changing the vehicle type in the first menu that appears. Because I think the c.a.r stations are meant to have 3 separate loadouts, 1 for each vehicle

Oh my... I remember the first time (and the only by the moment) that my bank was wipe out. It was at the launch of the game, there was an xploit in Eden-6, where a loot tink always respawn. I spend several days farming, always looking for new legendaries that I've never seen at that point. And one morning BANG!!! all my loot desapear, and a few time later gearbox fix the exploit. At that time I actually though than the wipe was on porpose to punish the player who abuse of that PD: Love ur videos, your voice makes me chill, saludos desde Mexico carnal!!!
2 times had it crash fully to dashboard. A number of side quests ive had to reload the game to proceed.. had a story mission brick was helping i dropped as he killed the last enemy he just watches me die. Another had to reload a story mission not once not twice but 3 times for it to work first time the robot decided to not go to its checkpoint to spawn enemies. Next time he went there enemies spawned but it wouldnt register done AFTER killing them. Third time had to rekill them and it worked
FL4K’s LoaderBot pet says it gives you damage reduction, but it actually makes you take that much MORE damage. This bug has been in the game since Purple skill trees were added and it never got fixed.
Since buying Borderlands 3 I cannot invite other players or play in a public lobby. I get Network Error saying I have to be connected to Shift, which I am! Very frustrating!!! 😩👎
when will they fix the bank glitch i booted up the game like today to check some stuff and all my stuff in the bank is gone along with my skins gaurdian rank got reset to 1 but all the boosts still seem normal

I'm an xbox player, and I didn't have really any of these glitches happen. Oh, and the dashtrooper that's not a glitch, it happens occasionally when he's low. He'll start moving back and forth like he's dodging.
I am happy i didn't get any of these glitches. My friend did get the slaughterhouse glitch with the jet trooper, which was the last trophy he needed. But i haven't had any game braking glitches when i played, thank god. Tho didn't make the game any more fun to play unfortunately.

100% the game? You can forget that on console. The trophy/achievement for getting a perfect score at the shooting range is bloody impossible without a keyboard & mouse. I swear the devs did not test this game on console.

@@Monkemaster321 so in general this single problem means you can end up not being able to equip any gear if you need to quickly you can crash the game you might just think you equipped for example new class mod or artifact while doing a boss but then you didnt and you might end up dead it also can carry into the gameplay cuz you might end up with it lagging after you closed the menu and then you just see the framerate drop for a bit this is pretty intense for 1 single problem
I never had any problems with borderlands 3 but only problem I had with borderlands 2 one of the boss fight didn't die 9 million dollars all gone and sold all guns sill didn't die
@@ConstantCanadian its because the game has a memory leak, it wiil eat your ram first then degrade performance every time you load new things then when the game runs out of memory to eat, it will crash, i had it happen to me and i have 32gb of ram. A Series s only has 10gb i think? i was playing bl3 for 6-8 hours b4 it crashed but for 4 of those hours i had degraded performance going from 110 fps to barley keeping 60 the only way to "fix" it is to restart the game when you notice the degraded performance, the only reason i came to this conclusion is that bl1 enhanced also has this issue (idk about the console version) and as far as i know wonderlands as well. Constant save quitting makes it crash WAY faster just so u know, so playing the game= crash also I've noticed that lower end devices don't crash as much or at all in any of the games ive played (haven't played wonderlands) they still get degraded performance though. As far as i know BL2, TPS and BL1 (Original) are the only games unaffected.

I hate the bug where your crossair randomly gets huge after cutscenes. Not gamebreaking, but annoying non the less

Same here, iron cub with double nukes will constantly send sumo flying thru the map

Sounds like her AI froze while she was trying to do her "ice cocoon" luckily for you punching her broke her out of it

The weapon equip glitch is the same for me except it never works. I always select the weapon and press E to equip it.

you might just think you equipped for example new class mod or artifact while doing a boss
but then you didnt and you might end up dead
it also can carry into the gameplay cuz you might end up with it lagging after you closed the menu and then you just see the framerate drop for a bit
this is pretty intense for 1 single problem

I never had any problems with borderlands 3 but only problem I had with borderlands 2 one of the boss fight didn't die 9 million dollars all gone and sold all guns sill didn't die
In the Xbox Series S version the game crashes every 45 minutes or so

@@ConstantCanadian yeah, I just maxed a character and then got back to playing on my laptop, it runs worse but at least it doesn't crash.
@@ConstantCanadian its because the game has a memory leak, it wiil eat your ram first then degrade performance every time you load new things then when the game runs out of memory to eat, it will crash, i had it happen to me and i have 32gb of ram. A Series
s only has 10gb i think? i was playing bl3 for 6-8 hours b4 it crashed but for 4 of those hours i had degraded performance going from
110 fps to barley keeping 60 the only way to "fix" it is to restart the game when you notice the degraded performance,
the only reason i came to this conclusion is that bl1 enhanced also has this issue (idk about the console version) and as far as i know wonderlands as well. Constant save quitting makes it crash WAY faster just so u know, so playing the game= crash
also I've noticed that lower end devices don't crash as much or at all in any of the games ive played (haven't played wonderlands) they still get degraded performance though. As far as i know BL2, TPS and BL1 (Original) are the only games unaffected.
