Hi everyone For people who want to know that if this really works Yes, it really works I tried doing these exercises for one week and I noticed that I really became slim and tall and I continued it for a month and I was really satisfied with the results ! And now I am taller than my older sister !
Hey everyone!! So now it's been exactly a week since I started doing these stretches. Here's a brief description : Since I was determined I managed to complete whole video on DAY 1 but was exhausted like anything. Since that was my first time doing all these stretches so some poses weren't that easy for me. On DAY 2 and DAY 3 there was immense pain in my whole body but I managed to complete the stretching bcz I knew that if I left this routine, the day when I start it again, my body will ache again. Today on DAY 7 there's no pain in my body and I'm able to finish this routine a little bit easily and I'm better at some stretches like the warrior and the triangle etc. I have become a little more flexible. TIP: Please be watchful about your breathing otherwise you'll really suffer from a bodypain like me. While doing the exercises, breathe normally. P.S.- Sorry that I didn't start updating right from the first day tbh I myself didn't think that I would be able to continue these stretches even a week😅 To the person reading this comment : ALL THE BEST😊👍
Hello! I am a 13 year old girl who was insecure about my weight and I just hated myself over all, so I decided when school ends to fix myself. The first week was alright, but then it got easier. I kept doing this video then a much more extreme glute work out video to work on my lower body everyday until I had to go back to school. Sure you will be sore for a day or two, but it’s worth it. And I have to say it helped a little with my confidence and even helped my drumming too! I wanted to share this with all the much younger people like me who were insecure about their bodies and who wanted to work out but didn’t know how to start or if it will work. Never give up even if you get sore! Trust me, even though you might not see change, everybody else around you will.
@@ashley0980 I would do this once a day and 7 times a week and I started to notice that I could focus more on my studies, I became less lazy and more active and I also became a bit leaner but you have to do this for about 6 months if you really want to lose weight
@@samanthaxiong9449 I wasn't really doing it for weight loss but I would say about 6 to 8 kg but yoga is not enough. I would suggest you to do chloe ting's workout. They have helped me alot a lot. I lost a few kgs in just 2 or 3 week

Day 19th and... I was only 5'3 but now that i am doing this i am A WAPPING 5'7. AND i weighted 59 kgs before doing this but now I AM A WAPPING 30 kgs! I AM SO THANKFUL FOR WHO EVER MADE THIS VIDEO❗❗
I did this in the summer of 2019 every day and I’m not sure how many pounds I lost but I definitely saw a big difference and here I am again restarting this along with other workouts to lose even more weight
@@alana1lamaskz272 I didn’t do a diet but I did eat cleaner and had less carb and sugar intake. I believe I lost around 10 pounds and you could see a difference in my face and stomach

Thankyou so much bright side for this routine, I'v been doing these stretches regularly and in just a week or so I was much more flexible then I ever dreamed I could be. My posture has been amazing and I'v also lost so much weight. Totally recommend these stretches.

Lol as an Indian who has been doing that pose since i was a toddler, its quite easy..nah not that easy for me because i don’t do yoga..I’m lazy. (Its a yoga pose which is kind of to greet the sun its known as ‘Surya namaskar’, it also has many other steps..the cobra pose is just a part of it. it helps to stretch your body pretty nicely so you can probably search it on yt and do it every morning to stay fit and stretched)
I have done all these routine exercise for last 18 months all are very beneficial for a healthy lifestyle and keep you fresh and enthusiastic the whole day.

Why don't you have a timer for doing the other side for the exercises that only concentrate on one side? It would be helpful, instead of having to keep pausing the video.
Yeah that would be helpful. What I did, though, is after the timer ran out for such exercises, I would rewind the video 30 seconds, then do the same exercise, but focusing on the other side.
My little sister has just started And before she couldn’t do 1 Sit up without stopping But now she only did this today And she can do 5 sit ups Without stopping But now I’m gonna start motivating Her to lose weight Cuz she has put quite a bit of weight on

Lol as an Indian who has been doing that pose since i was a toddler, its quite easy..nah not that easy for me because i don’t do yoga..I’m lazy.
(Its a yoga pose which is kind of to greet the sun its known as ‘Surya namaskar’, it also has many other steps..the cobra pose is just a part of it. it helps to stretch your body pretty nicely so you can probably search it on yt and do it every morning to stay fit and stretched)

Yeah that would be helpful. What I did, though, is after the timer ran out for such exercises, I would rewind the video 30 seconds, then do the same exercise, but focusing on the other side.
