How do you not become discouraged though? What's the point in avoiding coffees, sodas, and teas when apparently water, both tap and bottled, is just as bad for you? What's the point in avoiding beef and pork when fish is just as bad for you now? Why eat only fruit and vegetables when the water and fertilizer that was given to them is full of chemicals? How can you see a light at the end of the tunnel when it seems every possible option in everyday life is designed to cause you harm?

It's just kind of ironic because many of us struggle with testosterone but because we have low T, we don't feel as motivated to improve it. It really is messed up how circular the degeneration of testosterone is. When you have less, you want to do less, which decreases it further, and so on

Testosterone makes effort feel good. This is true. When my test was low working out was awful. I just wanted to stop and go home. When I got my test levels high it’s like my body wants to work out. Lifting feels great. Even after a hard workout when I rest for a short time I feel like I want to lift some more.

Just one very small and somewhat mild example of this is that many women have a decreased sex drive because it increases their progesterone levels and actually "kills" their testostrone and estrogen too. There's actually a few other reasons why men looked like they matured quicker in the past and one of them was cigarette usage. As cigarettes and traditional tobacco products have been mostly phased out in favor of nicotine supplements (such as vaping) cigarettes were known to rapidly degrade cellular tissue and smoking causes premature aging.
There's also more of a cultural shift as people begin to question the definitions of "Man" and "Woman" in a classic sense as economics, social climate, and modern thinking don't 100% align with the principles that 'once were.' There are some couples who have stay-at-home dads now, there are some couples who split the labor truly equally, there are more instances of homosexual couples, things aren't the same in that atmosphere.
There is possibly some hormone-based chemistry going on right now but it isn't what people think it is, as the people causing the predominant supply of the issues are also very powerful. A while ago there was a big "phytoestrogen" scare based around soy products, yet when those studies were replicated the results were not conclusive to the proposal. There was also a concern about estrogen in drinking water from "morning after pill" yet the ppm of these chemicals was so diluted during water treatment it's basically negligible. The real answer seemed closer and closer to plastics, or the microscopic shedding of certain plastics.
BPA was a big player in this and regulatory measures were swift once results were conclusive. BPA was a chemical used in manufacturing plastic which closely resembles estrogen and acts like estrogen in the body. It looks more like microplastic shedding, in the form of molecular shedding, is where most of these xenoestrogens are coming from.
There is also a double side to this, as diets higher in sugar create a 'plump' physique and of course estrogen is naturally lipophilic and stores itself away in the fatty tissue. So high sugar diets give more fatty tissue which naturally means higher estrogen.
When men don't have enough testosterone in their bodies they can suffer from a series of issues; weak joints, weak bones, slower mind, lower mood, higher fatigue, low sperm count, the list goes on and on. The last culprit is sedentariness, as physical exercise of any kind in men is how men create more testosterone naturally.
So the larger culprits are actually closer to
    ()Sugar
    ()Microplastic
    ()Low Activity
But you'd actually be reporting this properly if you weren't sensationalist.

20 years ago there were people like you who instead of saying chemicals have no effect, they argued that plastic does not cause cancer and sugar is perfectly fine. They're the usual corporate shills. Move forward 20 years later, when the effects have been confirmed (because these studies have gone and surfaced waaaay back yet nobody believed them), every single corporation jumped on the bandwagon, pretended that they care, removed these products yet replaced them with other products containing harmful cheap chemicals. I don't think anything is sensationalist about this. Its no secret that more autistic children or children with mental/physical defects are being born in the modern age despite advancements in healthcare. There were also skeptics like you who denounced the idea of big pharma testing unsafe medication on the general public as ''conspiracy''. Yet, here we are. The truth has always been there. Food and diet is a huge part of our lives. It does affect testosterone production, the way our body grows and feels etc. Good quality food leads to longer lives. Cheap, processed food that is imbued with chemicals to maintain preservation and save costs, shortens lives. The only part I can agree with you is yes, the encouragement of a sedentary lifestyle is harmful as well.

We used to live closer to each other and to the land, which meant being involved in knowing where your food comes from. Our not so distant ancestors used to grow their own food, and they spent their lives catered around building community buildings, gardens, etc. Now we spend our lives in mindless careers, serving big corporations, all for the stinky dollar.
The problem runs deep, there needs to be a massive mental shift from that of materialistic consumption, to that of living holistically, closer to nature, and each other. We don’t have to forget everything we know, but we have to go back to the basics.

Yeah people don't like this idea trust me. They think that change will happen "tomorrow" if they just discuss it without action. We need to dig up the roots, starting with how the government deals with corporation polluters " we all know the government loves money too much to care" then rewrite law that deals with how corporations deal with waste and make the punishment harsh like " All income redirect to taxes for government workers" whom included Firefighters, teachers, waste management, EMS and Hospitals. But most importantly community projects where gardening and self reliance are taught to help with the aftermath of the corporations pausing production to fit regulations

Maybe unpopular but I agree. There needs to be a societal change, otherwise the only way one could effectively combat these issues is by leaving society itself.
For as long as you work an average job, reliant on printed paper money, and reliant on store-bought, big corporate products, you will be plagued with growing health concerns. This is not the way a human is supposed to live. Congratulations to those who do well I suppose, but really it’s a means to an end if you’re not proactive with your perceived wealth.
Fundamentally, life as we know it in the modern age must change to make any significant change on these issues. This idea of consumerism, materialism, and cash, simply cannot and will not last forever, and the best thing anyone can do is revert to the way we used to live, off land, and with each other.
