  • Hey Fam, today's Power Yoga practice is all about the legs and core. Of course it is a full body strength and flexibility practice but, the focal point of the practice is legs and core.
    I created the BPM Power Yoga system to accomplish most movement goals in a short amount of time. With consistent practice you will improve full body strength, flexibility and mobility, at the same time you improve your aerobic capacity, and learn to access your Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) with mindful breathing.
    That's just movement and breath. Each practice I will teach philosophical ideas and thoughts from text books or situations that appear in everyday life.
    I'm proud of the BPM system and I thank you for joining the first of many practices. This is how I like to train and flow, it's the most bang for your buck system drawing from all aspects of movement. Come try something new. I guarantee your body will love it.
