@@stefankoen its an inside joke i guess? Earlier she made a video about how newbie photographers strive to shoot at lowest f-stop possible, thinking that its the most artistic way etc. When more experienced photographers like to experiment with higher f-stops, pretty much throwing shade and encouraging people to get out of the low f-stop comfort zone lol So now she had to post this comment so that people dont come for her, sense shes been shooting at 1.4 the entire video 😅 idk if its funny to you, but its kinda funny lol
@@allend6137 That’s ironically a sexist statement.. A female photographer may enjoy the more technical aspects of photography and a male one can enjoy the artistic side more. Both are perfectly fine. I’m a male photographer and to me the technical and artistic aspects are equally important and feed into each other.
always love a real world test - like to see the glass out in the wild - also super great choice in model - didnt you say once before that using 1.4f was not good? and that you hated that other photos do it ?
Saw this notification while watching Matti’s video I love getting a hardware overview and then a real world test great morning UA-cam combo almost as good as coffee Just wondering was the real world test portion of your video shot in 60fps? I liked it and noticed that it looks like Sony Alpha’s official videos which I believe are all shot in 60fps.
Comparing this 35GM to the current Sony 35 1.4 is pretty meaningless as you can't find a worse 35 F1.4 lens than the current Sony in the market, the real charllenge is to see how it compare to the Sigma 35 F1.2 version.
YES I KNOW I SHOT AT F1.4 and that was for the purpose of the test shoot. Don't come for me.
Haha now that you reminded us, we just might 😅😅
Don't Worry Lizzie , We Will Be Busy Discussing The Price Tag .
You Are Spared!😝😂
Lol, I was litterally in the comments to see if anyone was gonna talk about this :) Great review Lizzie.
Why is 1.4 a problem?

I like female photographers, they look so cool and inspiring ❤️👍
Agreed!!
As a male photographer I agree. Don’t know what it is but they have a certain quality that male photographer lack.
@@allend6137 male Photographers get sunk so much into technical aspects of Photography may be this is why!
As a male Photographer You hurt my ego.

So far, I've counted 17 videos reviewing this lens in the last hour. The embargo has lifted, eh? Nice rundown!
So much useful info dropped in this review, and I'm here for it.

I don't! It was for the purpose of the test shoot. So you could see the sharpness and accuracy of the focus.
🤙🏽love the shots you got Lizzie, especially the one with "Permission" sign in the background 🔥🔥
I love your portraits! Hope I can also achieve shots like this 😀
Not a Sony shooter but incredible portraits, Lizzie! 🙌
