@@ABardsBallad yeah its-- the kinda thing that makes people leave faiths irl so I'm just like "???" Why is this here? Why is nobody questioning this? Why is the God of *mercy* the one responsible?
@@oathkeeperofoblivion972 technically speaking mercy was the only thing that could lift the curse, by taking it on yourself. A lack of mercy caused the curse and like good and evil, can mercy exist without wrath? The original sinner murdered an innocent in the chapel of the god that he was a champion for. I'd expect at least some punishment.
I remember reloading so many times to try and save all the knights, in the end I think the best I got was only one dying. Almost tempted to reinstall Oblivion and try saving them all now.
Such good memories of this game. Used to skip homework and just played it all evening every evening 😂 Binge watching your videos now. Good content, keep it coming. I like your format!
I do love the Arthurian vibe the whole DLC has, it's a good story outside my already-stated reservations on Pelinal's own unknightly self. But on its own, its a really fun story and feels like good old school fantasy. I agree some post-boss content would be good, like radiant quests to clear out Ayleid ruins or reclaiming relics lost in the chapel attacks. Seeing your knights wandering the lands like the random Orc adventurers who spawn in dungeons would also be cool. But for what it was, really fun DLC to watch. Can't wait for what's next!
I think Stendars curse was just making you feel like you just worked out, all the time. But unlike working out in the real world, the pain only grew the older you got. Tldr, it could just be that the drain effect on fatigue worsens, possibly goes up 5 points or so, as a year passes, and it just stacks the older you get.
After the insanity of the elden ring dlc's final boss, watching the nice and simple combat of oblivion is a breath of fresh air!
😂 I can only imagine, I never beat the game so I think the DLC will just be a watch for me 😂
Ooo
I forgot how angry stendarr's quest makes me
God of mercy dealing in generational curses, gotta love it/s
Yeah I was thinking about that too! It’s kind of bizarre to think about the irony there lol

@@Ggfc-w9s some punishment?
Sure! An entire, whole, generational curse? No. Besides gods here don't....tend to embody their opposite.
@@oathkeeperofoblivion972 I am giving the devines the benefit of the doubt, or Stendarr may smite me.
The fact that this quest has NPCs coming from Skyrim as imperial legion conscripts... absolutely love that detail!
Love this DLC; simple, smart, and perfectly fitting for the game and its setting. Plus dat armor!
Totally agree! Great play-through and a fun time for what it is! :)
You've done it again, Bard.
Haha! I hope you enjoy it my friend! :)
Oh yeah. I didn’t have to wait too long for this. Thank you so much. These are great.
I appreciate the support! :) I hope you enjoy this one!
@@ABardsBallad I always do! Thanks so much!!
At last, I get to see Sir Brellin!
One of the only few to survive Garlas Malatar as well!
@@ABardsBallad awesome!
All Hail Sir Brellin!!!!!!!!

So Kellans family was cursed with Chronic fatigue Syndrome. Bard can you take this illness from me too please
😂 I would my friend but I think I need someone to cast Lay Hands on me as well
I absolutely love your channel bro. Thank you for your videos and playing oblivion ❤

Totally agree! I was even going to mention your points with pelinal whitestrake on the video but thought your comment did it better justice 😂
13:29 so Stendarr afflicted his lineage with depression?
😂 something very similar to it apparently
They really got their money's worth out of Wes Johnson for this one.
Ahh the wraith of Berich Vlindrel, the only gloom wraith in game that has a unique shader effect aside from Gable The Traitor.
It was cool to see that they made him distinguishable from all the other wraiths!
Is it just me or does Sir Henrik at the beginning sound strange? He’s a Nord but he’s got kind of an Argonian accent.

36:16 "I literally beat a Daedric Prince in single combat, but sure, go on"
my goat thank u
Haha! Hope you enjoy it my friend! :)
Can't help but cringe at the broken UVW maps on knights' shoulders. Guess professional deformation from modelling too much has kicked in.
YAYY
YASSSS
I hope you enjoy it! :)
