Damn!!?! Time to run mine through my Electro Harmonix Memory Boy Deluxe!! I always thought that mine was broken and stuck in some sort of ‘technical help mode’ that would sort of just spit out whatever the firmware was programmed to conclude would sound the best while I plucked those strummer contacts. But it seems that yours does this too. I guess that me with my fat fingers, I don’t get nearly the range I would have expected, maybe one and a half octaves, max. But for learning some real life jazz improvisation theory?!! This thing is like a digital fake book tablet. Really a fantastic tool to help train your ears with! It’s a shame that it couldn’t be used to quantize over midi externally…. Your jam here is really something that brings me back to my first encounters with the Super Nintendo, Pilot Wings, and the types of tunes that would be the soundtracks for those numerous video games. THANKS FOR SHARING!!

I got this exact same model (the 100) from a pawn shop for 50 bucks. I rarely use it bc the finger rubbing thing is worn out and it doesn’t work well. So I figure it has a finite amount of playability left and I don’t wanna waste it 😢
