    Hi sir i just started taekwondo on monday i can say i have improved a few things, i can kick, i have so much strength in my legs, and im mostly not tired on my lower body thank you for making this video i just did 2 stretches of your videos today becausr its sunday and tomorrow ill only do one because of school your my inspiration for working hard thank you❤

    He's so flexible his leg raises almost hit him in the face. Asians and Flexibility not fair. I've been doing these for years and Years. I can't side kick straight up and down not even close. Maybe can kick 6-4" and I'm 5'-11
