I like the lever action but wish it wasn’t so buggy. A cremator would work better on the rats. Medic’s weapons no longer heal the drill, so it seems the safest method is to start with the furthest canisters and make your way closer as the armed molerats upgrade at the 2 & 4 minute mark. That way you can deal with them without the drill losing chunks of health. Notes: (In non-PA, full unyielding at 20% HP) the stalkers will able to take you out in one hit, but they can be blocked. If you are too close to a stage 3 molerat, it will take you down. and 2:33 never happened lol

Of course Bethesda made it so you have to back and forth picking up each canister one by one. Just plain stupid. Make it so you can collect all in one go.
Damn dude you are good. I would have died along time ago. lol. So you can inflict any damage on the mole miners but you can on the mole rats. Is that correct? Also, it seems you are avoiding the mole miners that are in the caves. I take it those are the ones that can kill you quickly. GG!!
Thank you! Believe me I died to those things many times lol. The stalkers in the cave are invincible and can instantly down you at 20% hp, but not at full health with a proper build from what I’ve seen playing with others. You can block their hits though You can also shoot the regular mole miners, but it seems that most of the time they don’t attack the drill like the rats do. That’s why I chose to only focus on the rats There are also only a few perk cards you want for this stage which I’ll make another vid for, but otherwise it’s pretty flexible regarding builds
My lever action is a Quad/ffr/15reload paired with the ground pounder perception perk. The reloading becomes pretty fast. I usually go with B but made it Q for this run

a nuka nade or two as you are leaving would clean up the mole miners at the cost of a couple seconds, might make targeting the rats easier
That’s a great idea. It might need to be timed or thrown from an off angle though since their rockets/shotguns tend to trigger throwables
