I ate samosas with this chutney 2x today🤩 My son & I had this chutney in a local Indian restaurant and fell in love with it. I added it to some yogurt as well which also tastes awesome.

In India, I ate a wonderful coconut mint chutney, maybe there were in it some peppers and coriander, we ate it with dosas and also with some vegetable pankakes perhaps it was uttapams, I didn't knew the name at that time. I wish to have this recipe if possible! And by the way, I am so grateful to have come to your recipes , it is wonderful. I love indian food!

There are only vegan ingredients in this. Samosas are usually vegan as well which go well with this chutney.
