6 TBS TAMARIND WATER
2 RED CHILLI
1 GREEN CHILLI

This sauce is much loved on the coast of East Africa! A lot of the cuisine there is inspired from the Indian subcontinent, I didn't realize this was too!

I'm sure I used to get something like this when I was young. But no where near as fancy, was bright red too. But my days it was amazing! Never been able to find it since though. I hope its the same flavours as I remember.
