Hey Sean, a little late to be posting this but I recently just lost a Muay Thai competition I trained really hard for, stopped going to the gym, and felt like it was too late to rejoin my friends in the gym. Really helpful man. I've been mending a pretty bad lower back injury I got 2 years ago from the military. Always have wanted to train Muay Thai, started solo learning almost 3 months ago and can't join a gym in my current condition. Shadowboxing and getting back into strength/cardio training are seeming to help my back feel a bit better. Going to give this a shot. Thanks so much! Hopefully I can join a gym once I get my injury situated.

So hyped for this. Normally the 60 minute workout destroys my calves so I want to strengthen them. I also want to get my offensive cardio up, I like guys like Rodtang that have unrelenting pressure. And lastly I want to improve my elbow striking, specifically eyebrow slashing elbows.
Also it might be cool to go over some dieting, maybe in camp dieting or just a general "how to fuel the body"
I was thinking of sharing my nutrition/eating plan sometime soon. I'll see what I can do ;)

Sean could you give me some tips because I have been fighting as an orthodox fighter for 7 years but I'm a southpaw by nature and I want to switch to a southpaw stance but during sparring I have trouble defending in the southpaw stance, does anyone have some tips?

if you're still able to train at your gym, should you just replace days of this program with gym days? (that kinda sounds like a stupid / obvious question now that I've typed it, but gonna hit enter anyway)
You can do whatever you'd like! Gym is always a good option and then doing these workouts on the days you don't go to the gym is a good option
