It kinda makes sense that sub-zero turned into a woolly mammoth since they all went extinct during the ICE age.
And the fact that Sub Zero doesn't exist anymore because he's now Noob Saibot.... Could be a possibility
I was about to be very disappointed with Homelander copying Peacemaker, but then he turned out to be a griffin

One fan pointed out that Homelander is a Griffin because not only it resembles an eagle for American patriotism, but it also represents his inhumane characteristics. He is a human with superpowers that makes him see himself being above humans, like a Griffin being above ordinary animals. Both are also considered monstrous by many, but majestic and divine by himself.
I stand by the fact that a dragon would be boring, he can already become a dragon

The artists need a raise. Despite this game's flaws, I believe they've outdone themselves. The Animalities look amazing, and the stages are gorgeous, I can't wait to see what they achieve with Unreal Engine 5 for the next game.
Liking the details some have like Scropions scar is present in his animal form as well.

Kinda wish the Kameo fighters had animalities too, but which animals would they get? Khameleon would DEFINITELY be a chameleon, Kameo Scorpion, probably a penguin for the throwback, Kameo Kung Lao is obviously a rabbit. Just don't know about all the other Kameos.

It's a humming bird because the animality is called royal nector and humming birds drink nector at the end it's not a water fountain she stabs the enemy in a certain way that makes it look like a flower at the end and the blood squirting up represents the nector

With that said, I have my prediction for the other characters coming with their animalities:
Conan: Either a Lion, Boar or a mythical creature like Three headed dog
T-1000: a very mechanical beast like a transformer or Xenomorph
GhostFace: A “Murder” aka group of crows
I predicted Peacemaker’s correct. That’s it.
