Is there a way to SUPER like a video? Yet again, this is the best clean recipe for zucchini bread I've ever found....(even after buying every "clean" cookbook I've ever been able to find)....Good job and keep making the videos! I love the baking/cooking videos and any more you can make that my 4 year old will eat would be lovely!

Just got these done Also made it with Carrot. Pretty good and great for the kids but has no sweet taste to it at all which made me sad haha im addicted to sweets and wanted a heathy alternative. I used regular flower and it turned out dense but still tasty overall for the carrot i needed to add 1/4th more milk

Hi! I'm excited to give this bread a try! I've changed my diet to a clean healthy one about three months ago. Since then, my weight has stopped dropping and I haven't noticed much change in my body. I've been eating every 2 1/2 hrs but will try every three to see if it makes a difference. Any other suggestions you may have?? Thank you! :)
I tried the bread and followed the recipe but I added some walnuts and flax seeds. Baked it for longer than 60 min but the center of the bread was raw...can anyone give me a suggestion what I may have done wrong?
bake it at 150 Celsius for 1 hour then put a scewer in the center if it is still moist put it in for 30 minutes and put a scewer back in use a clean one or the other side of the scewer If it's still wet just repeat the process until it is just a bit moist but the scewer should be clean.
RuxshonaLife rye and wheat flours have a little "bite" to them, so the honey kinda balances it out. I usually use about a tablespoon of white vinegar in my whole wheat bread.

Is the rye flour supposed to be lower on calories?

I tried making this today but after having it in the oven for even longer than you said it was still not done tho the top was overdone :/
