    Joanna I have missed you ! 7 years ago this very video helped me lose 60 pounds , the zucchini bread is amazing and you inspired me to get in shape, with that I found my love for myself again . After having a baby you change and although it’s beautiful growing a baby you don’t recognize the body you’re in and I thank you for helping me lose my baby weight 7 years ago !! 🙌

    Is there a way to SUPER like a video? Yet again, this is the best clean recipe for zucchini bread I've ever found....(even after buying every "clean" cookbook I've ever been able to find)....Good job and keep making the videos! I love the baking/cooking videos and any more you can make that my 4 year old will eat would be lovely!

    Tried this bread. and its amazing. My husband loves it. Makes for him every week, since its healthy and soft, so he eats it with no fear of gaing weight.

    I made this bread yesterday, and it turn out great, however just make sure to squeeze some of the liquid from the zucchini yawl when grating. Thanks soh for sharing

    Just got these done Also made it with Carrot. Pretty good and great for the kids but has no sweet taste to it at all which made me sad haha im addicted to sweets and wanted a heathy alternative. I used regular flower and it turned out dense but still tasty overall for the carrot i needed to add 1/4th more milk

    I have been on a healthy lifestyle change for about 2 months now. So far I've lost about 15 pounds. I have a bit more weight to loose. I've change my food completely. I've cut out soda, fried foods, and candies. And workout morning 5 to 6 day a week. I eat a lot of fruit during the day... Is that ok? I eat salads but I'm not a big vegetable person. What advise would you give me to eat more vegetables. I've been loving your videos! Thanks.

    Hi Joanna i love your fitness videos and diet one too
    I was following a diet (not one of yours)
    Its just like this
    Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + cucumber (everyday)
    Lunch: tuna, any amount of meat pieces, steamed veges (one of those) + greek yougurt or salad or kiwii
    Dinner: just like lunch
    Snacks: one of your snacks
    I was 71.2 kg and my height is 162.5 cm
    Now i am 68.8 after two weeks so should i lose more although i noticed dark circles under my eyes?

    Hi Joanna i have a question, i just seen a video you did in 2013 on tips to lose weight, i am on a weight loss plan & just started it on April 4th & i have lost 8 lbs as of yesterday April 18th. Can you please tell me if i am doing this right. here is an example of a day of eating for me. BREAKFAST: 1 serving of Bran flakes & 1/2 cup of 2% milk. SNACK: 1/2 cup yogurt & 1 serving of veggies LUNCH: Tuna salad on small whole grain roll & 1 serving veggies. SNACK:1 apple & tablespoon peanut butter. DINNER: Chicken breast & 2 servings of veggies And i will have a snack before bed like low calories popcorn. now this all equals 1200 calories a day, & i also limit my salt intake and i drink 64 oz of water a day, is this good?     Is the rye flour supposed to be lower on calories?
    If this recipe is really 86 cals per slice then it's purely genius!

    Hi! I'm excited to give this bread a try! I've changed my diet to a clean healthy one about three months ago. Since then, my weight has stopped dropping and I haven't noticed much change in my body. I've been eating every 2 1/2 hrs but will try every three to see if it makes a difference. Any other suggestions you may have?? Thank you! :)

    I tried the bread and followed the recipe but I added some walnuts and flax seeds. Baked it for longer than 60 min but the center of the bread was raw...can anyone give me a suggestion what I may have done wrong?

    Mine is very moist from inside !!!
    i bake it for 60 minutes for 200 celcius and then 30 minutes !!!
    please, what should i do

      bake it at 150 Celsius for 1 hour then put a scewer in the center if it is still moist put it in for 30 minutes and put a scewer back in use a clean one or the other side of the scewer If it's still wet just repeat the process until it is just a bit moist but the scewer should be clean.

      RuxshonaLife rye and wheat flours have a little "bite" to them, so the honey kinda balances it out. I usually use about a tablespoon of white vinegar in my whole wheat bread.

    I tried this recipe last weekend. Tasted overall very good but my bread was really moisty inside and this was a bit too much for me and as well for my stomach. So I am not sure if I bake it again...
