I get bored with the same food so I sometimes meal prep ingredients that I can change what I eat. So like pulled chicken, I can make a salad, a wrap, sandwich, or over rice for dinner. Booked eggs can be a snack or breakfast or add to salads. That is my preference to not get bored eating the same thing over and then eat out an entire week to have something different.
That's a brilliant idea, thanks for sharing. It's about keeping the recipes simple yet interchangeable so that you won't feel like you're eating the same dish over and over again. =)

I have a major sweet tooth so the fruit gives me the "fix" i need. For dinner, this week, its homemade vegetable and chicken pho - no noodles.
Great follow-up to the previous vid about meal prepping. K.I.S.S. Principal helps success a lot. Imagine how different life would be if people ate like this even just Monday-Friday ? The entire fabric of society would change; from health care to business to so much more. The amount of waste that would be eliminated would be monumental and the resultant surplus could feed so many of our fellow citizens of the world. It is a form of personal poverty that the world seems to define Success as being Exploitive and Prosperity as Conspicuous Consumption. You go, Joanna!

It certainly is. Too much information out there and very confusing. This simplifies things also and helps to control calories and staying on track. Awesome.

Prep my meal 1 night before like soaking grains, lentils, beans, nuts and making overnight oats(coz I'm vegan🌱) it takes 15 min for each meal to prepare on the time with this pre-preparation and wolah I got the fresh food every day in every meal.
Joanne. This was a life saver. And the soup video. Great food suggestions too. I just have no idea what to eat right now and both videos have helped a great deal. Very balanced eating plan for anyone confused about what a whole food diet should look like. Well done!

Adrita Bose I hear you am Nigerian and love my naive spicy stew with fish or mixed vegetables but they are time consuming. I will mix them up like Joanna suggested because trust me the alternative of not eating right is not an option for me.
I made the muffins a while ago and then i found out (thanks to my baby sis) when my family doesn't like my baking they'll say "thank you for dessert it was very *nutritious* "

You could try tahini or even dairy free yogurts. Personally, I'm trying to stay away from dairy as well, so mayo and dairy yogurts are not an option.
