If I were trying to jump a guy and one of my friend gets floored by one punch that was quicker than I can even register I'm for real just gonna turn around and walk away. The tiger drop is quick but so brutal
Sometimes, you have to wonder if these boss battles are, like... canonical dreams and nightmares of Kiryu enduring all of his fights, all over again. And when he wakes up, he turns out extremely buff and his heat gauge is full.
i used to think the rush ability + beast was the best. but then I see beast + tiger drop. and i recently mastered counters, so f yeah these will be easy
@@2yoyoyo1Unplugged basically, he's referring to the extreme heat mode you can use with beast, which ups your power by a fuckton. combine that with a tiger drop at low heat and health (maximum potential), and you can erase 4 and a half health bars at once. to execute extreme heat for any of kiryu's styles, press l2 and then r2 when at climax heat. for brawler, you won't be knocked down. for rush, you move faster. for beast, your power increases. for dragon, whatever heat you accumulate will not diminish. also, note that as long as the effect is active, you can utilize any style with it still in effect (i.e the extreme beast + dragon style tiger drop the guy was talking about).
Time for destruction (Beast skill) + Low health + Empty heat + Payback ring + Dojima amulet + Dragon style + Tiger Drop = Insta-kill to almost everyone
Very nice, you got great skill dude, hope this didnt take too many tries to pull off in a single run. Might be easier if you used some of the whackier mechanics of kiwami, like in 7:27, you would've one shot the boss if you used a heat action there instead of tiger dropping, might make a no TD damageless run very possible.
I might try this No Damage challenges out upon writing a trophy guide for Kiwami (If I don't feel lazy on completing the guide lol. Since I use PS4's internal recorder, the recordings look like crap...). Already done "Mad Dog Battle 5" and "Ultimate 2" No Damage not long ago but the rest seem really frustrating, like Inmate battle in Ultimate 5 etc.
Gonna see if I can't pick out the potential hard parts of a challenge like this: Hayashi, Shindo, Lau Ka Long, Arase, aaaaaaaaaand Shimano 2. You get it from majima everywhere. Go behind an enemy in dragon of dojima style and right click. Don't go too far away from the enemy as it would trigger the sumo slapping heat action. I found it easy to do on enemies that are blocking. Try it out on those guys first to get used to it.
@@sweetsacrifice7998 The whole idea behind it makes sense. Kiryu rebuilds his Dragon of Dojima Style through Majima, it's what leads Kiryu picking up some of Majima's heat moves. Also, Most of the Heat moves in the Yakuza series are reused many times. Example is Kiryu's DDT for 0 and Kiwami, but it was first used in Yakuza 5 for Shinada.
You say that as if the requirements to unlock the ultimate battles aren’t terrible enough, like being forced to use beast at 1 HP and having to beat the level in a time limit.

I know this is a bit late, but there's an upgrade that let you change style immediately after pretty much anything, and there is also an upgrade where you exhaust all your heat to enchant kiryu depending on the style, brawl makes you immune to knocked down, rush makes you superfast, beast makes you super strong, and dragon of dojima makes you not losing any heats
