I love how Sato looks so helpless against the Legend style. Like every move he does gets countered, and every punch he receives gets him slammed to the ground.

No matter how many times I fight Mr.Shakedown everytime he gets me in a small tight place, (especially the first fight in this video while he was in brawler style) he whoops my ass instantly I just feel like I can't dodge in those situations. My point being you beating Mr.Shakedown in smaller areas with every style truly is amazing to watch.

I finally realized something just now after watching this and the Majima vs. Shakedown video. You don't really notice it until you think about it but all the Heat Moves SHRINK each Mr. Shakedown! Kiryu and Majima have biology altering powers!!

When beast is maxed out on Yakuza 0, you can literally just use the same 2 attacks over and over again, and thats exactly what he did. Cyclone Swing and Bear Hug.

Have you tried installing the mod that switch to Legend style instantly without going to the pause menu? I think it really improves the flow of the game and you should give it a try
One thing I gotta say though. I never tried in Kiwami so see how changing the Styles with the sticks is like and Probably won't ever do. I love how you can simply just press once on the D-Pad if it's the same arrow as the Style you're in. How Dragon Engine should truly be. And storing weapons is the same way.
@@MariusBoss11458 If you're playing on Steam, you can simply rebind the right analog stick to the D-Pad down button, which works the same way. The only downside to this is that you'd have to use analog stick to navigate menu since the d-pad down doesn't work anymore Again, this is just a mod, it's not perfect, but it's a welcoming one

Beat this game and unlocked every ability. Watching these videos makes me wonder, did I not read shit close enough or are there literal abilities you have that the game never tells you about? For starters I never knew at 7:30 you could do two light attacks into a heavy and then fucking who knows what input and it grabs the guy and tosses him.
1 month late, but who cares. if you already found out why then just ignore this legend style is kind of like a bonus/fanservice style for older yakuza fans. It has the same movesets and controls (with some skill changes) from OG1 all the way to Y5 (excluding y6, k1, k2). They dont explicitly tell you all of the controls since that style in particular is not exactly part of the main styles in the yakuza 0 story, unlike kiwami 1, and (imo) is kind of like an appreciation gift for old yakuza fans who has stuck with them all these times. Although im pretty sure all of the controls still appear when you look at the menu for all of kiryu's abilities.
