Could never place my finger on it, but there was always somethimg creepy and ethereal about DaiOuJou to me. Still, this remaster is fantastic, I hope Mushi Futari is next.
If only the rank kept increasing rather than capping so early, I think that would add much more depth to the mode where by the end it s like gunbird 2 bullet speeds and don loop 2 bullet density ha
I've been loving this port so far for how insane of a job they've done just having so many ways of playing. The challenge, casual and arrange modes are probably what I've been fiddling around the most with and even if it's a superfluous feature; I love how the new artwork adds to the aesthetic and background of the game. A pity that the only way we might ever play this port on PC is through emulation... Which would be emulationception at that point, lmao.
Holy crap. Oh man, where would one obtain these ports? Ive been itching to get these but never knew where to get them. South East Asian as a point of reference, by the by.
Is there any information on either screen dispalying the Rinne Gauge? The only visual cue I'm seeing is the blue number under bonus info after you collect a bee.
I was waiting for you and Ivón to start posting various 2-alls from this. Tbh the arrange music isn’t that great, but all DDP music sounds the same after the first DDP. The port is fucking great tho. Fucking M2 infographics are so good it’s almost distracting. At the same time they’ve made spectating amazing.
About time! ...I just don't know how in the world I'm going to buy it given it's JP only. Would be nice to have it on Switch given I don't have a PS4 or PS5.
Hmm.. so its essentially a glorified Super Easy Mode Funny. Also they seriously mixing some Black Label-popcorn with Super Easy big enemies at the end there. This arrange is rather wack xD
I do think it's funny that the element doll all about bombs gets an arrange mode where you can't use bombs.

So does Re:Incarnation come with Black Label? Or is it just OG White Label DOJ?
@@lancecurry7538it includes black label and dodonpachi III
@@platqr | Awesome! All I needed to hear!
The bullet colour scheme in these games hits different.
It looks like it would be really difficult to see the bullets -puts me off
@@kristee2522They are pretty vibrant colours, not too bad, it just looks like a lot.
Love the frame around the screen itself. So cool!
Not having the PS2 music is probably the biggest miss. Those were so good.
No one has topped Ayako Saso's arrange of the boss music.
Agreed, though I honestly do think the remix music is fairly decent.
I think this new OST is awesome!
Naw Nhato's arrange of kouryuu's theme is goated
maybe they'll give it to us as a DLC.
I agree so much

Been playing Mushihimesama a lot, so Futari M2 ShotTriggers would be great

Mushihimesama Original scoring vibes.
Always funny when most of the score comes from the remaining lives lol

Thanks for the upload! Yeah I would have really enjoyed a short chain system like the flourishes in blue revolver
I always like M2's arrange modes honestly. It's easy to make the game harder; the arranges make it more Interesting instead.
Hopefully the other (music) arranges can make it in as DLC. Isn't that how it worked for a few of the Ketsui ones?
It's a shame there is no PC version of this wonder.
I hope that one day M2 will reconsider.
I laughed at the missing 2x hypers on stage one boss. I could tell you were like uhhhh where are the sides 😆
Well. That was fast, this just dropped a few days ago.
Holy crap. Oh man, where would one obtain these ports? Ive been itching to get these but never knew where to get them. South East Asian as a point of reference, by the by.
Playasia, Amiami, Amazon JP. Might be sold out at this point, but i'm sure there's a way to get it digitally from eshop if that's the case.
Playasia website carries them, not sure if they have any shipping restrictions though.
Is the bee location crosshairs a replay only thing or can you switch it on for actual play? I can’t find anything using google translate on my phone 😀
Can you for Dodonpachi III
A masterpiece
God this port looks so good. Don't think this is coming to PC tho, right?
Zero chance.
That is an insanely powerful shot. Also is it me or are the patterns a lot easier?
ye patterns difficulty are even below 1st loop on arcade
@@chrisliu5460its more of a scoring-centric arrange imo
@@God-ch8lq actually its not, the scoring mechanic is near zero since 80% of score comes from surviving and clear the whole run

Nice job 👍. So how does scoring work in this arange mode?

Best soundtrack Remix ever
But dont have ps2 and xbox360 ost version?
There isn’t really any death labels in this version, right?
No sadly

I think the only thing is the Rinne gauge in the bottom left of the main screen.
Shoot, rinne, repeat…
I might wait and see if this comes built into the PS6 ;()
What is 2nd Round in this arrange? And how does it work? Like the 2-loop game?
there is no 2nd loop in all 3 arranges
afaik you always fight jetbachi and hibachi in the end

Sad to hear that none of the alt music made it in, nor Death Label, and that the arranges aren't that interesting.

any chance of this coming to steam?
probably not, M2 doesn't do PC ports for their shottriggers release.

This music is okay but I like the other the original better🕹🎮😀👍🏾
you look like me when iwas beating tlb on dodonpachi daioujou on ps2
THE REMASTERED OST GIVE ESHOP LINK!!!!!!;!!!!!!!
Someday, we should send money to M2 to bring the shot triggers series to the West.
Until then, my hunt for the Daioujou port continues.
You can import it from a bunch of places. I ordered mine from Amazon Japan.
