It's just the washer that is off center. Yes the stock ones will look like that if it's not perfectly center. It's just a visual thing. Look at the bolt that's not wobbling and the pulley itself is not wobbling. It's only the washer.

Check your idler pulley to make sure it's on the correct way. It doesn't look like it's on the whole belt. It may be your idler is on backwards or the VRP clutch delete pulley isn't properly set/aligned. That will shred the belt if it's not completely over the belt.
Hello I have a question I have 74mm but I gonna swap to vrp 74mm fixed do I gonna need a new tune regular 74mm and 74mm fixed pulley are different tune?
@ahmedmalahmeh1816 that's a good question I'd ask a tuner that does w211 AMG tunes. I'd say u would still need a tune even if u went to the same size stock pulley because the stock is clutched and engages and disengages at different RPM and a clutch delete would be boost indefinitely I'm sure the stock tune wouldn't be able to adjust to the instant power delivery.
@@turbocraz1 now if I do tune it and put an 80 mm what cooling mods should I add because my magnet went bad and idk if adding same sized fixed pulley would work
Hi, I’m thinking to do the clutch delete pulley but I have a question, would the constant boost cuz any problem? Such as engine light comes on? Did you do any tune beside the vrp?
do you think clutch delete pulley is the best way to go? i'm modifying my E55 but i'm not sure which way to go with upgrading my pulley, could you please give me some insight?
Well u got 3 options 1 u can go with a clutched pulley and the supercharger will come on when the car hits a certain rpm, keep the stock function of it. 2. U can go with a fixed pulley iv done this first works great it will allow the supercharger to stay on all the time the good about that is u get all the tq right away no lag but u will have to upgrade your cooling system because it will get much hotter because the SC is now on constantly u should do the split cooling with a bigger front heat exchanger. 3rd is the clutch delete that i also did i like this the best because saves alot of rotational weight and the car feels happier and more snappy but if your going to a smaller pulley cooling mods r a must! But the down side on the clutch delete there is NO GOING BACK! After u pull if off.
@@turbocraz1 wow thanks for the amazing reply brother! obviously i'm sure all 3 different routes have their pro's/cons, as you've added. but also beyond that things like reliability etc. wow i mean this is the reason i love the M113k platform as opposed the M156 because you can really choose and customise, but i tell you what... it can get overwhelming and its not exactly easy to make the right choice, especially when $$$ is involved!. Hi boss I just seen this video I’m thinking of going clutch delete pulley, but in your opinion which one is best for power performance wise like which one brings out the most power , clutched fix pulley , or clutch delete pulley ?😊
Clutch delete all day instant TQ no delay and no chance of clutch failure or bearing failure. Only downsides are SC chatter which is normal but don't notice with clutched pulley, and more heat generates so have all your cooling mods done first.
Instant power, no lag, more reliable, not going shatter apart like the stock clutch can do if it gets over heated or over stressed. And don't have to reshime the delete like the oem clutch.
I have a question. When doing the clutch delete do the rest of the pulley stay the same size or do you need to get a bigger or smaller crankshaft pulley or idler pulleys

Something looks wonky at 11:44 like the supercharger pulley isn't perfectly round. You can see it isn't making clean circles.
Slowing it down to 0.25x I see exactly what you mean - looks like an egg rolling. I assume/hope the stock pulley doesn't do that :/
