What was not mentioned, is that when this renovation was completed - approx. 8 years' ago, the house was put up for sale. At $10 million. How come it more than doubled in price in the interim, when the work was already done before it was listed at $10 m? I don't think it's worth it everything needs to be updated. Probably even the air condition not to mention the frame. Too much money I don't think it's worth it.
