- Many people who choose to become nomads have a good reliable car and they would like to find a trailer to pull behind it has to be light enough that it won't damage the car in the long run.

Thanks for watching!
I own a polar bear model for almost a year. It is a very well built and comfortable teardrop. We spent three and a half weeks and went over 7,000 miles on our last camping trip. We pulled it with a Nissan Frontier 6 cylinder 2 South Dakota ,Utah, and New Mexico without any problems. We are very pleased with our purchase.
Peter L. Cajigal we own the grizzly model and just love it. Cross county trips are a breeze. Solid built.
good to know. thanks for the detailed info!
Dian Turtle do they have good insulation?
We are so happy with our Grizzly teardrop.... Solid built.... The family is super nice. They're very very special people who are so willing to help.
Love the genuine family business! What a great company - thanks for sharing Bob.
There is a great foldable kayak that would work well with this setup. And, it’s in NC too. It’s called Tucktec. Highly recommend it. Great video!
This is a movement that is here to stay. If Bob Wells, says it good, his word is gold. A truly honable gentleman. 👍🚘
Its really refreshing to see a family owned and operated business, and an owner that takes pride in the products they produce. The icing on the cake is they are made in America. After watching your two videos on this product, and going to their website the Grizzly is definitely on my list to consider buying. Thank you Bob for doing these segments on small trailers.
Absolutely love this
I love teardrop trailers. These look really nicely made.
This really helps me to make a decision
What a cool man and his family, love it!
This is going to be my Dream Home!❤️👍🏼😀
Great video series bob I have a minivan and will get a small trailer in the future love the A frames as well thanks for changing my life
Mannnn🙄😑🤔.. I sat here and literally watched this video waiting for a tour lol Bob come on now...I wanted to see the inside..🤣🤣
Love Mind When Bob does these videos the interiors are ALWAYS part 2.
Cool! Reminds me of the Chinook camper company when they first started out. They started out just a father and son building quality campers and camper vans in their garage. We all know what happened after that. I am sure that these guys are going to become a big name too. :-) Neat! Thanks Bob!
Cheap, would have been nice to see the inside of one. Fortunately their website is an excellent source of information.
This has been such a helpful series! I’m trying to decide between a build with wee roll or a ready made. We would have teens with us occasionally, so figuring out how to do that complicates the equation. Thanks for your work :)
Good video ! There are thousands of good used small travel trailers looking for new owners who with a little know how and elbow grease will provide years of happy nomading
I really like the Polar Bear model. Someday I will probably purchase one. I like the small package but the ability to stand up, which I think is very important, especially if you are stuck inside on rainy days.
If I'm stuck inside on a rainy day, I am not standing up. lol I'm chillin.
wonderfull family
I need to see more on small trailers please
Shape reminds me of an r-pod by forest river. Seeing tour video when this video done.
It's called tear drop lol
The Papa Bear model should be called "baby bear" due to its size. Women will love its size and name. They'll think it is cute. Lol
Nice to know there is a place in NC where I live that you recommend
Thanks for a great video! These area so cute, not pink though! :)
Bob you are getting me closer and closer to my dream of owning a travel trailer I can afford!! Keep up the good work sir 🌵
He says at 1:57 he says he is the original designer. Trailers like this have been around since at least the 1930's. Stripped down the Polar Bear sells for $7,000. Pretty expensive single axle cargo trailer.
I have been considering buying a rustic trail. I have followed them on Facebook for a good while. I have been in the owners group to read and listen, I have not posted. I have called, and asked the company questions.
This morning I politely asked them on a Facebook post if they have considered making a composite version of the Kodiak off-road. They responded with a long post dismissing me as a potential customer simply since I asked a polite question. I asked more direct questions, and said I didn’t appreciate being dismissed as a customer simply bc I asked a polite question. They deleted all of the discussion, and blocked me on Facebook.
This is clearly a company who does not deal with at least some customers in a way I want a company I buy from to respond to customers. Buyer beware! And have screen shots of the entire discussion if anyone wants to see them.
Tour is in next video y’all!! Thanks Bob!!😊😊
So cute!
Why not build/design the drop part of the teardrop to be in the front to cut wind resistance
?
Please build one like you mention, tow it and report back. Hopefully it will not take off. In fact, don't do it....forget I suggested it.
That makes sense, but if you look at the "Wheel Pants" (The aerodynamic fenders on airplanes) on airplanes, they are bigger on the front, and tapering off to the back.
Do you honestly think that they've been built wrong all these years?
Go for it. Study design, and get back to us. We'd be fascinated.
The tour is the next video
I can’t believe how many gripe?! Bob did a great video, great option for many. Thanks Bob!
Dbky Here you asked about the installation. We were able to keep our teardrop very warm with a 400 watt heater. The fan works great also.
Wicked COOL ..... And fairly priced as well :) :) :) :)
I’m surprised you did not ask them about flexible solar panels?
I wonder if hey have any dealers in Minnesota?
So this was recorded a year ago?
UTubeRangerBob - sounds like it was recorded before the July 2017 price increase.
Very realistic pricing any in Florida
Interior is part 2.
I'd like a polar bear unit
They are sold out till 2022
I am 6.6. You normal people get all the good stuff. I have to go to a big camper or a box truck. You shorties can choose anything.
Oops. The tour, the tour.
You could have showed the inside at least
I'm interested I live WA
it says we will see interior but we dont...not very useful for a well rounded info video on a product...which is the whole point, right? usually your videos are very informative and I usually appreciate them..
When Bob does these videos the interiors are ALWAYS part 2.
Jody J , Bob and other "van life" folks make an average of $10,000 a month?! Wow. Sounds so easy to make a lot of money. With so little work. I think I'll go start a UA-cam channel about something, right now! 🙄(sarcasm intended, obviously)
Jody J....stop spewing nonsense. I know no one that makes that kind of money from UA-cam. Many invest 100 hours or more per month and make just a few bucks.. Many UA-camrs do it for fun, promote their website or to get products to test at no cost etc...
I thinks it more about the video length. Bob keeps his videos to 15 min, which I think is a great length.
RN Kim $5 grants a month exactly.
Didn’t show the interior?
Robert Mcgee When Bob does these videos the interiors are ALWAYS part 2.
Britt H thx. I was too quick. Pt two piped up right after a said that. Bobs right on!
insulation❓
I disappointed you didn't show us inside.
Douglas Elliot When Bob does these videos the interiors are ALWAYS part 2.
I see that now.
@@Yorky222 You coud always remove a comment, you know.
No website listed
Seriously, dude, watch it again. Sheesh.
Bob, How come they wanted to show the family and not the interior or exterior. Sounds like a "here today, gone tomorrow" Company.
Kevin Holland When Bob does these videos the interiors are ALWAYS part 2.
You assume too much. Far too much. Stay tuned for more video about these teardrop trailers.
That was a waist of 15 min
You could waste time learning spelling, instead, but of course, it's easier to criticize others.
Wow...all these viewers critical of not showing the interior. Over and over again. Be patient...
Annoying...love u Bob but i gave a thumbs down...i watched the whole thing with NO views inside etc...wrong!
Not a very good or informative video
