The wood to sticks recipe is pretty important if you are landing/basing in the desert regions. Sticks can be hard to come by there with so few bushes. Luckily, there is now a wood to sap recipe, so you no longer need to pre-process wood to make sap for fuel, epoxy, and concrete

Is there some way to speed up gathering (outside talents) to actually get the materials to build the T4 stuff? Looks like it takes over 250 electronics just to get a basic build up to even run a bloody furnace. Plus all of the stuff for charging powr packs. How is T4 even viable in missions?
T4 isn’t always viable every mission nor do you need to go t4 every mission though some people like to and that’s their play style I suppose. The build up to t4 can take a lot less time if you just setup in or near a mega cave or two. As far as gathering the cx400 armor and lucky strike talent will one shot nodes which will make it easier and faster. Also dried stringy meat makes your melee speed faster to gather faster as well as the melee attack speed alteration. T4 has always been a grind. I only go to t4 personally if I have to.

Hey Thanks for watching! Accolades should be unlocked for every character and you should be able to see your progress on that tab. Now as far as not getting them in open world I'm actually not sure. I thought you could get them anywhere. Accolades are really just achievements so how you get them is doing that specified task like killing 100 baby creatures, or traveling so far in the desert or forest etc. They are located in the bottom left screen right after you select your character. The one greyed out are ones you haven't completed. Hope that helped.
I'm a beginner with Icarus. How do I retain items? like, i never see anything in the "my Items" section after a completed mission. I always seem to start over again.
So the your items in your load out section is only currently workshop items that you buy with ren and exotics in the workshop which are available from missions. Currently anything you actually build in Icarus on a mission won’t be able to come back with ya but your workshop gear will. Hope that answers your question 😀
@@LateNightStream honestly that's one of the things I really dislike about this game. I'd rather have a persistent world with quests that need to be done.
It will be a long time before I update this again. Any changes will be posted in the description. The sheer amount of work that goes into changing a video like this is crazy. The game changes every week.
You can key bind to anything when you go into the settings > Controls > then click the action you wanna key bind (click on the box to the right of it should have the old key in it) then when it asks for the key entry just use your mouse. That seems to work. Sorry let me know if you meant something else lol
You can shock or stun animals but it still does damage. The games mostly setup for killing for food. You could try to not kill for food but it would be much more difficult.
At 01:41 I put a text next to it stating they were bugged timers. There was a bug when this was recorded, about 6 months ago where if you would log off and log back on your open world the food timers would add the full time of the buff food to the total time. For me to record this video I used several Open Worlds so I was switching between them a ton. It kept resetting and adding. It was an absolute horrible bug because you would have to die to get rid of food buffs or let it run out. Eat the wrong foods and there was no way to cancel the buffs. Luckily this was fixed though. These timers are no longer achievable.
To be honest not sure how that will help. The talents in this game needs completely re-worked if you ask me. Combining several talents and keeping the points where it is might work. I think we should ask WHY do we need more talents. Because the setup right now is crap that's why, but here's to seeing them do something HOPEFULLY! lol
Walking in/out of caves doesnt do what you think it does. Ya, it resets the timer, it also resets the chance of your character to get pneumonia. I've had times where I've walked into a cave for first time and 5 seconds after i get the lung debuff. It's all based on 'chance', not the timer. The timer is just there to give you an eye about the cave debuff. Ive also been through caves and mined it all before getting pneumonia. Its all "Chance".
@@LateNightStream I don't see the point in wasting time to reset a counter that can mess you up in 2 seconds on the next reset. Just suffer it and mine the whole cave. Or bring meds. Useless wasted time. RNGesus never forgives.
@@DarkChaos87 because most the time when you go into the cave you don’t get it right off the bat. And you usually reset it before you get pneumonia. You can do what you wish though you don’t have to follow the tip.

you should break this video up to specific categories. use time stamps and make a list of time in the video, and name each segment. 1 hour is very long, too long to watch in one sitting. fellow youtuber, just trying to help.
Thanks for your comment. I disagree as people sit and watch movies for longer in one sitting. This is also our best video on our channel and gets about 400 views a day. When I remake the video I do plan to shrink it down some but it will still be 100 tips and tricks.
Your video is great. it has info that helps a lot. i like it. don't get me wrong. a movie is entertainment that you can shut off your brain and enjoy in the moment. this is different, people need to pay attention. it's hard to stay 100% on it for a long time. also, the info you give is for beginners and above that level. no hate.@@LateNightStream
I think it is. I guess you could not think its a tip if you already knew it, but as a new player, which is most people who watch this video, it could be considered a tip... All that said I could really care less what we call it really all I'm worried about is helping new people and I believe I accomplished that.
This entire video could've been 15 min but the 25% completely useless "tips" and the amount of time you spent fumbling through your words made it needlessly long. Sometimes you were very loud and confident and I'd say practice that more!! Too much time was spent of you mumbling and your mic barely even being able to pick your voice up.
You can do that and then just go back to local correct. It never takes me directly to the folder. That’s why I omitted it because when we had it on the first video it created confusion for some people.
@@LateNightStream Yes, it takes you directly to "roaming." You would have to go back one level to get to "local" and "locallow." %localappdata% will take you directly to the local folder.

usually just use powered animal deterrents. I use the walls on some ow's
No one going to mention the food timers in the 100,000's? what tip or trick is that?
At 01:41 I put a text next to it stating they were bugged timers. There was a bug when this was recorded, about 6 months ago where if you would log off and log back on your open world the food timers would add the full time of the buff food to the total time. For me to record this video I used several Open Worlds so I was switching between them a ton. It kept resetting and adding. It was an absolute horrible bug because you would have to die to get rid of food buffs or let it run out. Eat the wrong foods and there was no way to cancel the buffs. Luckily this was fixed though. These timers are no longer achievable.
The only animals I can hear are the wolfs..
Yah most animals have audio cues
We need more talent points!
It resets the chance to get pneumonia. Like you just said. I’ve been using this tactic for years. Just like resetting cold debuff
Too many commercials. Unless it's just me I am getting them every three mins. Good info though but I stopped watching due to the commercials.
Yah that seems like a lot tbh. But that’s really all UA-cam. I'll look into it though thanks!
soft meat = veal ... yum
Yum 😋
"mine is set to E" a well educated and cultures man i see
I love E personally just feels more natural 😀
yeah F is for your flashlight anyone who has interact on F is a psychopath @@LateNightStream
This video was too long and drawn out. I lost interest half way, but thanks for making it non-the-less.
Sure
Way too overwhelming for a beginner.
Yep the game is.
Holy crap, just a few too many adds my dude. I’m 14 mins in and I’ve been hit 3-4 times with ads.
They run them automatically
Sorry unsubscribing to all that I follow as UA-cam has decided to force me to watch adverts or not have access to watch content therefore negating any point to UA-cam.
Ok
Lol love your response. 😂😂😂 I'm subbing cause of this plus the great video
Lol recording drunk again
Most likely tired as I spent hours recording that video. And I don’t drink lol I work a full time job 7 days a week usually and work on two UA-cam channels and work an acre garden.
you should break this video up to specific categories. use time stamps and make a list of time in the video, and name each segment.
I hate it when people give you "tips" but it's just a tutorial to keys or mechanics. that's not a tip!
This is for beginners. What’s useful is relative. Sorry you didn’t like it or get any use out of it. Honestly I’d just move on to another creator.
The easiest was to get to app data is to type %appdata% in the file explorer address bar
You can do that and then just go back to local correct. It never takes me directly to the folder. That’s why I omitted it because when we had it on the first video it created confusion for some people.
@@LateNightStream Yes, it takes you directly to "roaming." You would have to go back one level to get to "local" and "locallow." %localappdata% will take you directly to the local folder.
how to normal arow update bunus stat please mision name ?
I’m Terribly sorry what did you mean?
