1968 Mustang 289. Original survivor?

Taking apart an engine, on what appears to be a first time completely disassembled original 289 Ford engine out of an 1968 Ford Mustang. Ford bearings, Ford Pistons, also last six of Vin number stamped on back of block. any first gen mustang gurus out there are welcome to comment and ask questions.
