In this video I attempt to diagnose any issues with my 50 year old engine block and rotating assembly.

Sir did you use your original distributor with a steel gear or a new one. Would you have the part numbers that you used. Thanks
I have a PerTronix D130700 electronic distributor with a steel gear.
Lip variance is a weak or broken top ring or ringland wear.
Big valve heads may be 351, which give very little compression.
Cylinder #7 had a 302 connecting rod which is only 5.090” long while the rest of the 289 rods are 5.155” placing that piston an extra 0.165” away from the cylinder head at TDC.
