The neutral safety switch is a safety device that does not let your vehicle's engine start unless the transmission is in neutral. Eyeball engineering is not the correct way to install this part. There is a set of alignment marks you must line up while the trans is in the neutral position , these marks are seen at 5:06 and some how you never even say a word about them. They are there for a reason and if they are not used you will likely be creating more problems than you had to began with.
