Try not to swing your body for ab workouts. Always stop at the bottom then use your ab muscle for pull yourself up. It will be 3 times harder and effective.

Is the 30 minute station the exact same machines as the rest of the gym. Except the only difference is you ever have to wait longer than 30 minutes for a machine? Or you have to use all the machines in that yellow section within 30 minutes?
In the 30 min workout section, there will be 20 stations split into 10-strengthening and 10-cardio (your choice of cardio). There are numbers for each station. There’s also a light inside, green for 60 seconds of workout and red for 30 seconds of rest.

I had to be careful while watching this due to fear of staring and being called a creep lol Excellent video though. I'm about to give in and join PF. The one I'm going to is about 3.5 miles from me on my jogging route, so My idea is to just jog/bike there for my cardio, then hit the machines, get some light therapy, jog/bike back for a total of 7-ish miles, then wash up and be super. That's the plan anyway XD

Planet fitness is a perfectly viable option as are most gyms I would say go with the one you can go to the most

Do you think the red light therapy in planet fitness is safe to use?
Hi! I haven’t tried it. But, I believe it is safe as long as we follow the correct parameters when using red light therapy. Hope it helps!
