Get some CRC brake quiet from Napa and apply it to the back of the brake pads, those springs may cause a low brake pedal if they push the caliper piston back into the caliper.
Your spring completely collapsed can be no longer than the thickness of the two backing plates of the brake pads plus the thickness of the rotor. If the spring is longer completely collapsed, it will keep the brakes from working when the pads are worn...

My springs are working fine using 17 lb spring no heat problems or spring tweaking over the year .
Nope when pads wear out spring wont effect them polaris is going to do this on future models your welcome .
Do you recall which springs from lowes? I’m at 600miles and this clicking just started up
I ended up using 17 lb. associated rc sedan car springs about 6.00 at hobby shop cut so 2 coils and small tail on each end .
Did you need to do the front too?
Yes i did one year now no problems
How big did you cut the springs on the 23 sp570 for back brakes
Go to a hobby shop and ask for associated sedan car 17 lb springs cut so have 2 and one halfcoils two springs will do all 4 corners.
@@trailrider570 I ordor the team associated. 2.225 lbs spring that you but in you 2023 sp570 video so how long are them to be cut
one spring will do the back 2 and one half coils from flat ends or top the gap is about 1/2 in you neen to fit spring tight but not to tight
Do you have a video of the sound it made while driving?
No i do not but it was the breaks clicking.
Thank you
