SOLID AXLE TACOMA IS ALMOST FINISHED!

- Day 23 of our Tacoma build. The Goal is 30 days to build it, 30 videos, 1 ton axle, 40" tires and so much more. Today we finish the plate for the steering shaft in fire wall, and we bolt up the new 3rd gen Tacoma headlights!
The Tacoma is a 2010 TRD Sport, manual transmission, short box. And we are using the solid axles from a Ford Super Duty, Dana 60 front, Sterling 10.5 rear.

Runnin For Tacos sells those little filler pieces if you never get the ones you ordered! They're kinda expensive but just wanted to throw that option out there.
I'd assume mine are custom flared for the fiberglass 😅

Hey Clint, did you order new off set rims ?
These are new rims from what I had at beginning. I talked about them in earlier video.
Oh my mistake, I thought you were getting more offset rims to bring them in a bit. What are the laws now’s for tires sticking out and lift!
@@artty367 I got the minimum offset I can.. these are actually 0 offset. And the tires are covered by the fiberglass.
@@DirtGarage ok sweet, I can’t wait to see her done. No mater how long it takes . I know part logistics now a days is crazy and prices have doubled or even tripled, so sad.
