You outdid yourself man, best vid on the channel. It’s like 3:30 in the morning and this video helped me realise that I’m not a musician anymore. Maybe like a year ago I just completely stopped hearing melodies, couldn’t make one even at the gun point; what’s worse is that the ones that do pop up and lighten the mood always turn out to be from somewhere else. I’ve been quietly quitting music for a year now, going on and off making demos. Recently I decided to make a step and produce one more track, but - even my friends weren’t interested. Instead of learning something useful I spent a third of my life making music for myself and now, hearing this melody that you came up with made me finally get it - maybe I just put my eggs in the wrong basket, and that’s it.

Honestly, the times that i do hear melodies are rare, and the creativity comes in waves, i’m just really interested in exploring multimedia and finding ways to tell stories in order to understand myself and creativity a little bit deeper. Sometimes (a lot of the time) i can’t make music and my interest makes a complete pivot, so I just follow whichever interest is the brightest and eventually it comes around (hence why i’m back on UA-cam for now).
