@@KironKabir life is going to get in the way at one point or another you just gotta keep training, while basics are really important and a must, don’t be afraid to exploit your best capabilities(ex. Strong wrestling, double jointed, long legs, short legs, long arms, etc) there’s a game for basically everyone in my case I’m freakishly flexible so I’m a rubber guard player even tho nobody does it at my school (Carlson Gracie lineage), lastly if you stay long enough you’ll probably get injured here and there. 1 you should try to prevent any injuries as much as possible 2 if injured be proactive about it as soon as you feel well enough 3 keep feeding yourself information it will keep you motivated and ready to step back on the mats, and personally enjoy the process I think I was too caught up trying looking forward to my next belt instead of enjoying the process it took me til late purple belt to really and take in the journey
I’ve been watching his videos since I was a white belt the algorithm bringing me back at brown belt is a blessing
Any tips for a new white belt please? Would love to hear about your experience and journey from white to brown belt
