Excellent demo! I didn't know you could use a standard olive with compression to fit to tap. Thanks for sharing!

brilliant info thanks for posting
very well explained👍
Excellent tips. Of the three basin tap connections that you showed which of the three would you best recommend. Thank you.
Good video, thankyou. Would you not put PTFE tape around the thread of the tap tail??
Very good video thank you
Hi, Radtubeclamp. Thank you for the great vid! Very educative :)) May I ask you for an advise? We have a new bathtub (which turned out to be 20 mm thick! versus promised 5 mm) and our mixer tap does not fit :( - the thread is too short. Is it any way we extend that tap part underneeth? like screwing inside a tube or something.. Please advise. Thank you for your help!
I have a bath tub tap 3/4 inch but the copper pipe is only 15mm or 1/2 inch. Please identify a connector to attach my tap onto the smaller copper pipe. The bath tub tap is perfect as a basin tap. Thank you.
I've found that flexible connectors are so much easier than rigid copper and they come with isolation valves built in.
So much easier to connect when the tap is installed.
Superb video. No stupid intros, straight to the subject.
No flexi connectors for bath taps ?
will a 22mm pipe and olive fit into a 3/4 bath tap?thanks
With the correct connector - yes!
I found that basin spanner useless as was to big & sloppy on nut for basin tap nuts.
grommet
Ok
Good
my toilet bowl is right in front of the bath taps. Bit of contortions needed here
