You're the second youtuber I watched who is promoting more mental health/self-care instead of physical image. Thats really cool!! You're a great guy Steve!! 🙌
Holy this video hit me like a slap in a face. Not just only on the lifting aspect, but the way of life. I’ve always had problems with overthinking and I think today is where it will end, and I’ll live my best life! Thank you!
Steve how weak would you be without your light to medium dose of Tren? I'm surprised your varicose in your shoulders isn't growing to Stan Efferding varicose level yet. How many more years of light to medium dosage do you think it will take to get on Stans level of pumped up versions of varicose veins ? About 5 to 8 more years?
Gosh Steve, love you for being just you and reminding us why we shouldn't give up. Remember, you are a ray of sunshine that makes us smile. Love that hair and you tons!
just wanted to say thank you for the video! 2 trainings and 8hours of work every day, this kind of video is just what i needed to get some extra motivation!
been going through the biggest funk for the past year or 2, motivation was something I practically avoided in fear of not accomplishing or only doing barely half way through. so everything has been in a ever changing chaotic schedule, and life has not been getting any easier what so ever. now I'm almost ready and made a game plan to end game to get healthier and happier. I plan on losing about 60 lbs in the next 8 months from this date to then. Making that Victoria Secret goal a reality. would love to keep you updated to show some accountability and ideas, you are very motivating
Steve, I love your videos. You are one of my biggest inspirations! You keep your videos funny, sweet, natural, organic and informative. I love how vulnerable you are with the things you struggle with. It inspires me to know that I can be better at anything I set my mind to
completing your goals is hard man but accepting you aren't going to complete them is harder! we all have huge respect for you and always will! swoldiers always win at the end of it!
Love the video!! I first started following you when you were training for the triathlon previously, as I was training for a sprint triathlon at the time! Your an inspiration! Keep up the brilliant content!
Hey Steve. Just wanted to say thank you for kicking my ass when i needed it the most. Been training hard for the past two months and i've enrolled to a 10km run with my collegues. The only problem is that i hate running and my cardio is awful. I've been going for runs and i'm getting better at it every times. Hope by the end of those 8 weeks i would be able to run the 10km without stopping and under an hour 🤙🏻
Hi Steve, I'm a gym guy and occasionally do triathlons as well (so far sprint and olympic distance). The one thing that helped me most after my first triathlon is including brick workouts. This means you either first swim and then go directly into a bike session or you bike and then go into a run. This let's you get used to the change in movements and you won't be surprised during the race how hard a transition (especially from bike to run) actually is. Been waiting for your triathlon update for a year now - hope to see you do one this time as it would be really cool to see. Greetings from Germany
“That’s a BIG part of life is being sh-ty at something, and then having to get better at it. You might be sh-ty at whatever, it might just not come natural to you, but there’s things in life you just have to do: you have to say ‘hey-I have to do this’ to the man in the mirror, and you gotta go out, and you gotta get BETTER at it.” ♥️✊🏼
Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰 🇵🇰 🇵🇰 and i am glad to tell you that i have learned a lot from you and you are my inspiration and really put that information in my videos and one day I'll be part of Gymshark family and I'll meet you and lex and David laid and other mentors...
Loved the voice over on the trainings shots ..... and freaking awesome shots with the sunset when you run it's just mind blowing 😲 keep motivating us I hope I'll meet you one day ! Take care brooo 🤘🏼
GREAT content as always! Love the inspiration for consistent movement. On a slightly serious note though: alongside all the hard training your doing, you gotta spend some focused time taking care of those body ailments you always mention. Get a physio man! You can’t perform if your body is not working optimally. Get a physio and get some of those kinks worked out. Make that a part of your series cause it's important too. Ryan Terry does a GREAT job showcasing that side of things too. Other than that, good stuff.👊🏾😉
Another Ace Video Steve. Love to see u collab more with @mattdoesfitness and Nathan from Australia. If the occasion arrises. Loved seeing u all at the pop up in Manchester
Good afternoon. I'm thinking, is there a live stream I haven't checked out from this channel? Great post, Steve! I do a mile or so every day. And watch the gains multiply! Cheers!~
Hey Steve! Could you do a video about what supplements you use and how? Pre-workout, protein, shakes etc? I love the food references (G2G bars, Trifecta, vegan day in LA) but I feel something about supplements would also be helpful to keep my energy high and workouts/post workouts optimized. I’m an athletic 6’1” 170lbs looking to get the most of my workouts with a wacky work schedule. Thanks! 🙏🏼
I didn’t have any motivation to workout today but this video helped redirect me. I skipped yesterday so I needed to make it happen today. Steve moving to Australia?
Ozzy I have yet to officially sign up but I’m located in Michigan. Depending how training goes there are a couple half Ironman in Michigan. I’d really like to do the full and if I do then I’m signing up for Madison, Wisconsin. Starting with some initial conditioning and then going to follow a plan 💪 Are you doing one?
Chris Bair Drums Im located in Florida so I plan on signing up for the half ironman down here which will be in April next year. The full one is actually on November 2nd this year. Ill be over there watching it live.
Minute 22:00 it’s absolutely true! Ive just always saw it as my lazy wrestler stage, I sit there and dread it... knowing damn well I can do it.. for explain running a mile I’m feel like I’m gonna die but after it’s finished I know I can easily run 5-6 more miles! Once my inner wrestler is activated I don’t ever want to stop working out because I feel like nothing is enough 😅
You’re so inspiring Steve. I feel like I gain something everytime I watch your videos. You should try Orangetheory. I’m a coach there and we have a ton of endurance athletes including myself who used to could not run 20 min straight that Orangetheory has helped immensely.
Aditya Kuttalam bro there a million videos of foam rolling on UA-cam already. Have ever thought about typing in the words “foam rolling” into the search bar.
@@shigshag6164 there's also a million fitness and wellness UA-camrs but we're all still watching Steve......also he spoke about foam rolling in this video so I'd like to know how he goes about it...
Aditya Kuttalam I love Steve too man! I’m just saying I doubt he’s going to dedicate time covering a subject in fitness that is already so well covered, i mean there’s only so many ways you can foam roll. That’s like me asking Steve to do a video on how he drinks water?
You're the second youtuber I watched who is promoting more mental health/self-care instead of physical image. Thats really cool!! You're a great guy Steve!! 🙌
guess Steve has learned a lot over the years :)
Taylor Chamberlain is the other youtuber. Shes an awesome role model too.
Awesome!!! It's a pleasure watching you 🤩
Loving this more real content. Talks and that feels more real
Steve do you only take orals or do you inject to? Any advice on PCT?
20:20 is a godly shot that belongs in a motivation video
Holy this video hit me like a slap in a face. Not just only on the lifting aspect, but the way of life. I’ve always had problems with overthinking and I think today is where it will end, and I’ll live my best life! Thank you!
These talks elevate the workout videos to a new level! OG Swoldier Nation vibes

It's good to get the heart and lungs healthy once a year, and running does this better then anything.
I have always hated running. But after this, gonna give it another crack! Thanks for the motivation Steve 👏🇦🇺🤸♀️
Qu'est ce que tu es beau.... Thank you for all the motivation you give us
