In this context, a “G” is someone admirable, someone you respect because he has proven his worth to the world. A “G” is a man that other men can respect.
“G” can also be used just as a friendly greeting, one man to another. But when you say someone “is a G,” you are paying a high compliment.
If a man calls a woman a “G,” it means he respects the woman for her intelligence, knowledge, or another admirable personal quality, but it has nothing to do with her sexuality or physical appearance. Andrew, for example, respected Queen Elizabeth II and called her a “G.” He has also called Katie Hopkins a “G.”

I also remember a quote from movie Joker,
when Jason says that he lies a lot, and that is exactly what Tate does.
