Thank you for your videos! I followed you through my 1st pregnancy, and now my second. With my first, labor was super long (over 5 hours of pushing! compound presentation!), and I'm sure without these workouts I would not have had the stamina to keep doing it. Fingers crossed that my 2nd goes easier, but if not, that I'll once again have the strength to do it.

Hi from England! I wanted to thank you for your videos, I started doing your core workouts one week postpartum and now after 6 months my core feels stronger than it's ever been! One question: does the loose skin ever go away? I feel super skinny now, abs are starting to show, but I have so much loose skin on my belly, it's horrible 😞 I don't remember looking like this after my first pregnancy. Your belly skin looks really tight, is there any secret? A tummy tuck is not in my budget 😂 Anyway, I hope you keep doing more advanced core workouts, I love those!

I’m a yoga instructor, 38 weeks and noticed that some of your exercises put a lot of tension on the lower back. I don’t think it’s wise to recommend these for women in their third trimester since our bellies are so big and heavy, pulling on our back!
Its no good make sport - this is sport for me - while pregnant.. the body should be soft and ""it"" works body soft and wide for give birth.. so i mother of 6, can just say... Chill and go/do soft and slow that mother nature gives you whats natural.. soft body for soft givin birth

Doing this in between peeing and slowing down while my baby kicks inside. Great!
