    This was great! A lot of “beginner” videos are not beginner friendly at all, the moves are actually so difficult. I really appreciate this because even someone with minimal strength can work on these moves too! Thank you

    • @PoleFreaks
      @PoleFreaks  Рік тому

      Crucifix from an invert rather than a climb? It’s hard to say without seeing you but I’d say usually the knees need a big squeeze - usually the back knee needs to bend and come a bit further forward. Hope that helps 😀

    A question from someone who will probably never get the chance to pole dance:
    Do you build core strength naturally overtime with beginner type moves or do you have to risk it with more complex moves in the air?
    (Obviously there are exercises but since Pole Dancing is classified as a sport, i’ma ignore that.)

    • @Josi2712
      @Josi2712 3 роки тому +1

      It gets easier over time. Practice your holds on the pole (both hands on the pole while lifting your knees to your chest) and the chore strength will come over time. But don’t forget to tighten your arms as well!

    • @daniellesHXC

      these are all beginner moves. the right instructor will have you do strength training before attempting these moves and you will gradually build up the strength to pull these moves off. hope this helps

    • @ravenstan7172
      @ravenstan7172 7 місяців тому

      As a beginner on the pole I can say these are all fairly easy… body strength is key so some strength training is definitely the way to go… other wise it’s figuring out how to grip the pole which will help you stay up there… using alcohol or pole grip helps a lot as well
