@@brilliliantlily9424 some say that pole dancing is an ancient art form, like what Chinese circus performers have been doing on poles for a thousand years, but lets be real, strippers did create it. They deserve all the money they can get working on the pole.

Girl, if you haven't started yet, get going! I started a little over 3 months ago. I was a little bit overweight, I was weak with no strength, AND I'm about to turn 50. I have tried nearly every gym in my area and so many types of workouts. I never lasted at any for more than a month. I felt so intimidated, but I went. Everyone is encouraging and supportive. There are men and women of all sizes, all backgrounds, all different athletic abilities. Even when I'm next to an athletically built 20 year old in class I don't feel out of place! I have never loved any activity as much as I do this.
I adore how incredibly supportive the instructor is! This would be such an out-of-comfort zone experience, and she's so straightforward and encouraging. Amazing!
Tally Amnel Well I can understand you as always people think I am a teenager or a high school girl. me too I wish learn pole dance as a fitness routine one day.
I love how your coach is so free hearted and motivating. You can see your confidence grow even in your outfit change the confidence level is so much higher. Can’t wait until my pole arrives I’m going to use this video!
I remember when I started my classes I had SO many bruises and felt so sore 😂 But in the end is so rewarding. My teacher would say "It's supposed to hurt so get used to it" 😂😂😂 I loved watching progress every single class.
I watched this video when it first came out and I decided I wanted to try pole. After finally being in a supportive environment in my life where I can be myself and not be judged, I just picked up a pole yesterday so that I can finally start learning! 😊
I hate how when people start pole dancing they're always saying, "It's not about being a stripper" in relief. Stop shaming strippers when you wouldn't know of pole fitness without them... And shouldn't learning this make you respect strippers more? It takes strength and it's a sport. Strippers are amazing, and most teach themselves which is even more impressive
It's Lit with Leshai I'm a stripper, and let me tell you, it drives me insane when I hear that. Imagine how much more difficult this is in front of total strangers, in lingerie or naked, on your period. In 8 in heels, to boot. I want none of that "strippers are slutty hoes that we shouldn't respect" bullshit.
Katie Lambert In this video she learned pole dance and there were "provocative" movements, but I guess it's OK because she didn't get paid for it 😂 Your comment is irrelevant to what I was even talking about. Bottom line, strippers are strong and athletic on the pole and deserve more credit for that. I don't care what else some strippers might do that's extra. Key word is some... So why generalize and say, "it's not about being a stripper" with a sigh of relief?
Gosh i want to learn how to pole dance, strippers are so great & underrated but discredited especially the ones that can execute the moves so eloquently & whether they are even strippers…to those who do this, y’all are great.
The "oh, strippers" part was so cringe. Pretty sure pole fitness didn't materialize out of thin air. Put some respect on strippers, boo. Otherwise awesome video, Roz is amazing!
Pole dance originated in the circus. Then moved to clubs and that is when strip clubs were born. I’m a dancer and it’s shame how society judges us for being comfortable with ourselves to do the job.
I’m so obsessed with the coach!!! It’s so nice to see a confident curvy pole dancer. I began pole dancing a few months ago and many slim girls have looked down their nose at me. I wish I could dance with someone like her. 😍
Love it! Roz is amazing. I went thru all those phases myself..big clothes, confidence issues. No more! Lol. Major upper body strength, can do crazy tricks I never thought I could do or my body would eve allow me to do and confidence is thru the roof. I love pole fitness.
Love her coach! I also love how far she came confidence wise and everything! Really hoping to learn how to pole dance and I hope I can find someone as great as her coach!
I think we shouldn’t shame people who pile dance or do exotic dancing. It is a amazing exercise that takes a lot of strength and respect for yourself ✊ for the people who pole dance y’all are strong individuals and are so graceful on the pole

When she said she was almost 28 i nearly spit out my tea.... I thought she was 19 or something. .😑😑😑
Tally Amnel Well I can understand you as always people think I am a teenager or a high school girl. me too I wish learn pole dance as a fitness routine one day.
Madonna Youssef hahha yepp. I'm 22 and i hope i look as great as her when i reach that age😁😁😁
Really? She doesn’t look that young. How old are you?
Nunya she does to me... ._. I guess its just a matter of perspective
Only 3 years before I reach 28 😂 I do hope I'll look like her blooming and still beautiful 😍💚
I love how the teacher is so confident in herself 😀😍😀
I love how your coach is so free hearted and motivating. You can see your confidence grow even in your outfit change the confidence level is so much higher. Can’t wait until my pole arrives I’m going to use this video!
The skin contact doesnt that hurt?
:) Mhm
Theres nothing for that?
:) No
😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol
😭😭😭
I can’t even go down the pole at the play ground
Edianna Pena 😂😂😂😂
Accurate. Shaving cream can help though 😂
*grunts and falls to the floor*
Roz: I know, I know, it’s death, you’re fine.
6:10
Dead😂😂😂
"diff" not death. Diff for difficult
Oh. I thought she said death, too. 😂
@@ishqaqamar2789 nobody says that
Same
Omg I love this teacher “point your dam toes” she sounds like my coach😂
The back spin seems hella fun
I tried it and off it was fun
Backspin is fun until you gotta do it 20 times practicing and you don’t even know where u at anymore 🥴
It took me forever to not be afraid of the back spin
Effy Nikki Hi Eff! We could swap for a while...I’m afraid of normal spins myself 🤣
Am I the only one that feels pain in the thighs and caps when doing the back hook spin ? 🥺🥺🥺
The coach is such a character
I am in love!
I just started my first pole dancing class yesterday and this video is SO INSPIRING!!!!!!!!!!!! Both of these women are amazing ❤
Best teacher. Wow. Wow.
Whoever her teacher is.. i need her 💕
I remember when I started my classes I had SO many bruises and felt so sore 😂 But in the end is so rewarding. My teacher would say "It's supposed to hurt so get used to it" 😂😂😂 I loved watching progress every single class.
Why can't pole fitness be about regaining our sexiness and being sexually empowered? Why are we so scared???
Elizabeth Terneus because we care too much about mens irrelevant opinions on us
Scr1b3 But a lot of mom's are the concern when it comes to pole dancing not men.
Elizabeth Terneus we care to much what are body’s look like and how much we show are selves and what others like to think
sometimes girls don't like being "sensual"
Preach
I'm a stripper but i still want her to be my coach
as someone in their second week of pole, this embodies so many of my feeling right now, i love it
Doesn’t it hurt you skin , contact ?
Mhm!
We got nothing for that ?
No,
Lonene Mofamadi if you do that you will have no grip on the pole
Literally its so true. You just have to tough it out :/
Eventually your skin toughens up and the nerves aren't so sensitive
this instructor has moves! and she’s so flexible
Can this woman instruct my life. She’s an amazingly clear and concise teacher
“i know i know, it’s death, you’re fine”
*mood*
Every dance techer ever
“It’s chocolate like ur coach,” 😂😂😂
Edit: 11:39
Skye x Mc 11:38
This is just RUDE RACIS
Queen Nya if you turn on your captions it says chocolate just like your coach
Ur racist
How is that racist?
Hands down, one of the best coaches I've seen in any sport....need her to be my coach!
That coach is inspirational, she is beautiful. She is not the skinniest, but she is not afraid! Great lady, amazing coach.
u didnt need to include “she is not the skinniest” but ok yay positivity woop woop am i right?
You didn’t have to mention weight
It's not about size it's about arrogance
Gabbie stole your comment lmao
чере паха look at the time date when both were commented 😊
I watched this video when it first came out and I decided I wanted to try pole. After finally being in a supportive environment in my life where I can be myself and not be judged, I just picked up a pole yesterday so that I can finally start learning! 😊
“It’s death, your fine.”😂😂😂
Coach said she came down like a baby elephant 🐘😂😂😂
Azadeh Valanejad Yes 👌🏾
I was dead 💀😂
Have heard that since my old school British ballet teacher 😂😂😂
That coach is the definition of wholesome! More people like her in this world please. I love her personality and her attitude!!!
It's Lit with Leshai strippers dance provocative for money some jerk dudes off for money
It's Lit with Leshai Amen! 🙌
Bruh shut the fuck up and take that shit else where because no one gives two flying fucks for the hate you throw🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾😚
Gosh i want to learn how to pole dance, strippers are so great & underrated but discredited especially the ones that can execute the moves so eloquently & whether they are even strippers…to those who do this, y’all are great.
Deandra strippers aren’t the same as pole dancers, strippers take their clothes off and a pole dancer doesn’t has to do that necessarily
@@queenofdespair9815 this is the defination of what i want
Giebbie Serah look it up
Lmao you used eloquently wrong, eloquence is used with writing. Did you mean elegance?
@@queenofdespair9815 We dance circles around pole dancers that do it as a hobby. Because that's our job, it's our life, not just a past time.
Lol imagine a pole dancer who is a fire fighter and he has to emergency exit with the pole so he goes so...elegently
The "oh, strippers" part was so cringe. Pretty sure pole fitness didn't materialize out of thin air. Put some respect on strippers, boo. Otherwise awesome video, Roz is amazing!
Seriously! Like who the f do think invented pole dance?!!!
**do they think. Not you lol
Pole dance originated in the circus. Then moved to clubs and that is when strip clubs were born. I’m a dancer and it’s shame how society judges us for being comfortable with ourselves to do the job.
Joan A Do you know?
It originated in India, centuries ago. Just like yoga. PD is so graceful and sensual, stop the shaming. :)
I wonder if she actually continued learning the pole
I’m so obsessed with the coach!!! It’s so nice to see a confident curvy pole dancer. I began pole dancing a few months ago and many slim girls have looked down their nose at me. I wish I could dance with someone like her. 😍
In what universe are you pretending to be in?....This is NOT "curvy", Sofía Vergara is curvy, this is obese.
Love it! Roz is amazing. I went thru all those phases myself..big clothes, confidence issues. No more! Lol. Major upper body strength, can do crazy tricks I never thought I could do or my body would eve allow me to do and confidence is thru the roof. I love pole fitness.
how long did it take to gain upper body strength ?
It’s amazing how much she improved in just 30 days. I actually feel inspired to give this a try. I’ve always wanted to, but now I REALLY want to 😄
Kam3man do it! Pole is wonderful. And if you're not feeling it, try silks or lyra!
Her coach is literally the best human being omg I love her
Her coach is so sweet, supportive and she's also very humorous! I love that about her!! 💞
Roz is truly the best! :)
Love her coach! I also love how far she came confidence wise and everything! Really hoping to learn how to pole dance and I hope I can find someone as great as her coach!
I love this coach so much, she's literally a QUEEN
I realy want to do this with one of my friends when I move out after high school, it looks like a fun way to get exercise.
Gabbie Simmons why wait until ur done high school? U should try it now! Believe me it will change your life
Lotus same here, but i definitely can't do it until after highschool cuz my parents would like murder me xD
Me too
I think we shouldn’t shame people who pile dance or do exotic dancing. It is a amazing exercise that takes a lot of strength and respect for yourself ✊ for the people who pole dance y’all are strong individuals and are so graceful on the pole
Roz the kinda woman we need more of in today’s society💯 I love her personality, her vibe/energy is amazing. I wish I could meet her someday🤞🏼🤞🏼
I love how positive and supportive her coach is! You can see her feeling good about herself and improving with all that positive reinforcement!!
