i have a 40 mile commute, most of which would be cruising at 60-62 mph, 6 miles of which 65-70, and a few lower speed stretches. this would be cutting it too close for me I think :(
The charge time is a bigger problem then the range. If the pack is small it makes the bike light. It should also make it charge faster than any larger bike. High voltage batteries that are able to DC charge are a must. If this bike could charge 20-80% in 10 minutes, then we have something.
9K retail for a bike that can't even do 50 miles on a full charge of highway driving. What's funny is I've seen several of these for sale brand new for 7.5k at local dealers(1500 under retail) because nobody wants them.
There is something wrong with this, the battery is not 7.2 kWh, why does it say 4.2 kWh? When I check the charge status from here, there is a maximum of 15% charge left, but it shows 0%. Anyway, the computer makes the wrong calculation, 7200/44=163w/mile, how does it reduce this to 90w/mile?
Well done! This answers probably the biggest question about the 7.2, thanks for sharing!!

Best range test I seen. Thanks. I am a FX rider myself.

Great city bike. I use mines daily for food deliveries. I am the fastest thing out there from block to block. 😀
Which dealer? I'm looking for a deal
Thank you. This is a real test. 👍🏻
