Great video - good ideas. Starting a similar process as my desk is painful. Was having much of the same ideas (monitor stand, desk mat etc, better ambient light). Never knew "sun lights" existed. I came across the same brand of monitor stand. I realise you don't put the monitor on the stand - I quite like the clean look of that - but does it seem well built for supporting a monitor? I want to avoid risk of anything too flimsy.
Thanks! With this combination of monitor and stand, there is one part of the stand support that rests on top of the monitor base, but it is not flimsy at all. In fact, this stand has really surprised me in terms of quality, it should work well if you decide to put the monitor on top of it or behind it, as I did :)

Right now I just use them separately, but I do want to explore the integration between the two in the future!
