Chicken Vegetable Soup with homemade Sauce recipe.

Chicken corn soup.
So let's cook
Ingredients and method of chicken vegetable soup are below
1)chicken 400grams with bones.
2)water 4 cups.
3) vegetables chopped carrot, cabbage, boiled sweet corn 3 tbsp each.
4)salt 1 tsp.
5)soy sauce 2tbsp.
6)vinegar 2tbsp.
7)black pepper 1tsp.
8)egg 1.
9) spring onions chopped 2tbsp.
10)water 1/2cup.
11)cornflour 3tbsp.
Green Chilli Sauce recipe
1) green chillies chopped 2.
2) vinegar 3tbsp to dip chillies.
3) salt 1 pinch.
Red Chilli Sauce Recipe
1)chilli flakes 1 tbsp.
2) vinegar 2 tbsp.
3) boiled water 1tbsp.
4)salt 1 pinch.
Tip .Sweet corn should be boiled.
Ingredients and method of vegetable soup are below
1) chicken stock 800ml
2) peas 1/3rd cup.
3) salt 1 tsp.
4) white pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
5) carrot cabbage chopped 1/3rd cup.
6) cabbage chopped 1/3rd cup
7) yellow capsicum chopped 2 tbsp.
8) vinegar 2 tbsp.
9) soy sauce 2tbsp.
10) hot chilli sauce 2tbsp.
11) black pepper 1/2tsp.
12) cornflour 4tablespoon.
13) spring onions chopped as required.
14) tomato ketchup 1 tbsp.
Ingredients and method
1) chicken 400grams with bones. apply cut to decrease cooking time.
2) water 4 cups.
3) oil 2 tbsp.
4) garlic garte 1tsp.
5) boiled corn 1cup.
6) salt 1tsp.
7) soy sauce 2tbsp.
8) vinegar 2 tbsp.
9) hot sauce 2tbsp.
10) black pepper 1tsp.
11) corn flour 3 &1/2.
12) eggs 3.
Tips
1)Corn should be boiled but if you take baby corns then no need to boil before.
2)Don't stirr/mix after adding eggs.
