Tawa fish Fry Recipe l Fried Fish On Tawa l How to fry fish less oil Urdu/Hindi Cook With Dr Sonia

➡️Ingredients and method
Rahu 🐟 Fish 2kg wash well and tap dry.
For marination
Red chilli flakes 1 and 1/2 Tbsp.
Salt 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
Black pepper powder 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
Garlic powder 1 Tbsp.
Ginger powder 1 Tbsp.
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp.
Carom seeds 1 And 1/2 Tsp.
All spice/Garam masala powder 1 Tbsp.
Hot sauce 2 Tbsps.
Soy sauce 2 Tbsps.
Vinegar 2 Tbsps.
Lemon 2 medium size squeezed.
Mix well.
add 1 Tsp water.
Make thick paste.
Coat well and leave for marination for 4 to 8 hours if fish fillet are big.
For coating
Gram Flour 1/2 cup.
Rice flour 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1/2 Tsp.
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp.
Turmeric powder 1 Tsp.
Fenugreek dry leaves 1 Tbsp.
add water slowly and make thick batter .
Coat fish well.
Add oil 1/4th cup on griddle.
Then add fish in preheated oil.
then cook on low to medium flame.
Cook the edges too.
Cooking time 7 to 8 minutes each side.
Press gentally to remove moisture.
Serve and enjoy.
