The hills are the hills, where ever you are, in and on them, only with Morvern's hills, you're most likely to have them to yourself. This film reminds me that i have everything on my doorstep, and don't have to spend hours driving in my car to get what i get and want from the hills. Wonderful shots and vista's.
Very true Steve. It's all here. We often think the grass greener etc... and forget what we have right at home. It does help when the weather is as good as it was!
Great choice for a summit camp, Morven never lets you down for 360 stunning landscapes. And I am sure you can see that Colby camp from space. Another lovely video, thank you.
Spectacular again, Jim. Beautiful composition throughout, as always, but the timelapses were next level in this one and blended smoothly with the real time shots. Breathtaking stuff!
Thanks very much. Quite pleased with the timelapses although I kicked myself because I missed the moment the sun popped up in the morning. I was fiddling around with the camera thinking I still had plenty of time and then 'bing' there was the sun!
@@Jim_Manthorpe-hiking watched video again it’s a work of Art! I have done some mountains on that peninsula but need to explore it further always feels like being on an island well done and thanks
@@andrewkingdomthanks for watching again! Morvern is really beautiful and is less well known than many areas nearby so you usually have the hills to yourself. There are some fantastic craggy hills like this one. Also the basalt hills to the south. I’ve got a video of one of them on my channel - Cave Mountain, or more correctly Beinn ba h-Uamha.

Simply stunning.
Thanks. Great views from that one.

Thanks Johny. Yes, that Colby Camp is pretty conspicuous! Had to make the most of that high pressure before it slipped away.
Yes 👍
Yes indeed!
Incredible footage again Jim.
Thanks William. Was a beautiful night up there. Light was so good at dusk and dawn.

Such a beautiful and soothing feeling my friend! Shots are amazing!
Thanks so much! Felt pretty soothing to be up there.
Absolutely amazing video, the silence says so much. Was you in the Mamores.
Thank you. No, this was the other side of Loch Linnhe from the Mamores - Creach Bheinn, a corbett, in Morvern.
Wow brilliant is the mountain you camped on Creach Bheinn? What wonderful wide ranging views and perfect light another fantastic video cheers Andy
Yes, Creach Bheinn. The light was wonderful. Made it a lot easier to get the shots I wanted.
