I wouldn't want to drive at 300kph over taking cars in the middle lane, it would only take one twitch of their steering wheel by accident or confusion perhaps from seeing me racing up behind them.. To cause a massive fatal accident

The main reason why I like this car more than you could ever express… It looks absolutely nothing like anything else no copying just all original and looks amazing… performs amazing in my opinion doesn’t get enough credit… Kind of like a perfect circle
Usual cars have an extra gear (or 2) for cruising at high speeds while keeping the RPM's and fuel consumption (relatively) low. But a GT-R is not about cruising and reduced fuel consumption. Also, please note that this is a tuned engine (Stage 1). The standard engine doesn't rev so fast to 7k+ RPM in the 6th gear and I'd bet it is not willing to go beyond 310 km/h
It really is! Love Nissan my favorite car company. Amazing cars like the GTR, ,Silvia, Z series and the Patrol (especially the Y61 VTC which is a favorite for us in the Gulf and Middle East 😂🤩).

It goes straight ahead, the driver can easily see if someone is in front of him and brake. And if someone abrutly switch to the left lane, without looking, its his own fault, not the fault of the GTR driver. Could also happen with 200kmh.

Only thing stopping it from going higher really is the lack of another gear. In 7th you might hit stock top speed. But nothing is stopping ya from adding another turbo, or maybe even a turbo-supercharger combo. Changing camshaft timing, adding a few gears, High flow air-intake, Straight pipe exhaust (or magnaflow if you want to be more eco friendly lmao), Maybe some weight reduction, And you're basically set. If you now use a high octane fuel and your engine _Doesnt_ blow up congratulations, you might actually even be able to hit 360+ km/h, if not even 400 if you're stupid enough to try and make it go that fast. 400 is kinda unrealistic tho, but I know it's not impossible. Nothing is with nissan
@@KryptoKn8 it is impossible with nissans gearbox. there is no way of adding another gear and there are no longer gearing kits. unsuprisingly getting a new gearbox in there is complicated as hell. Which is why most 1000 hp plus gtrs still only do 330.
Just add one. If you really want one so badly, get a custom sequential transmission and have it tuned to the same rates as the GT-Rs stock transmission. As long as you get a permit for the part, And have whatever company takes care of stuff like that check it over, You can do whatever the fuck you want with your car, even in germany. _BUT NO STATIC LIGHTS!_ what a dumb law, no auxiliary lights if they cannot be turned off internally...

Nissan really stuck to their roots when designing the newer GTR’s they knew how legendary their older GTRs were and what everyone loved about them and they kept it all there. Unlike the new bmw Supra that isn’t anything like the old one.
@@artbrookey3468 any car? None. Cars which are made for Autobahn speeds? Quite a lot. Handling the car it self is quite easy, the hard thing is to securely handle it with traffic around you. No-one without at least 5-10 years of autobahn experience should handle a car during this amount of traffic at this speed. I don't have my license yet and live in Germany. My dad always says: Do not thing you could drive like me (220kph+) right from the beginning. Driving like that requires experience, full concentration and a car good enough to drive safely at this speeds. Also keep in mind driving school in Germany is really expensive and you get a lot of lesson in which you are told by the coach (not everyone does that) to drive 180kph+.

Proper supercar and skilled driver. Point is, those long, stretched autobahn curves become more normal curves at 300+ and if you're inexperienced you don't know that until you get there :) And taking curves at 300+ is a whole different ballgame than with 130-160.
yeah you miss it but do you know how dangerous that is. traveling at such high speeds? because this is not a train and a train is different from cars and it does not derail due to the shape of their wheels and weight. so please be careful and drive carefully because I don't want you to lose your life for this
This is awesome, so awesome. I have been waiting so long for someone to put out a video that just shows the car in action, not just speeding up for five seconds, but putting the pedal to the medal for at least ten minutes and you do that here. This is just what i needed to see - i envy you that you have the Autobahn. I wish that i could have the freedom to drive like that sometimes. Thumbs Up.
@john lionel Grandmas do 250 with their wagons regularly here in the Autobahn. It only has speed limited on some portions but long straights are pretty much unlimited.
GTR is a completely different level to a Supra. GTR competes with the cars like R8, AMG GTR, 911 Turbo S, M8 Competition etc. Supra is the level of Cayman, Boxster, Lotus, TT, F-Type etc.
evryone and their mom is a fan of the gtr . Supra is also very popular but not on this level. the fact that it can be upgraded so much and just its design makes it easily my favorite car.

@@newmen2077 танк т72 один из лучших представителей на время своей разработки в 70-х годах. То что эти танки уничтожаются современными джавелинами, это еще не говорит о "картонности" танка. Я лично вообще считаю, что потенциал к модернизации этого танка огромен. В отличие от концепции абрамса, уместить экипаж в большой объем брони и хранить снаряды отдельно, у т72 был минус - автомат заряжания, который позволял ликвидировать заряжающего, но увеличивал поражаемость танка при любом пробитии. Надо только сделать необитаемую башню и она все проблемы решит. Против джавелинов также можно ведь нарастить броню крыши (башня всеравно необитаема, там даже люков не надо) и навесить дз. Экипаж сделать из двух человек, грубо говоря, водителя и стрелка. Спортивные авто вообще убыточны для компаний. Вы можете посмотреть, что все производители перестают производить авто подобного класса. Есть ультрадорогие ламбы, буггати, ферры. Если будешь продавать спорткар за цену гтр, то о развитии модели придется забыть, что и случилось с ниссаном.

Например, эволюшен 7 от мицубиси появился в 01г, а в 2008 уже появился эво 10 (можно сказать, что 8 и 9 были рестайлингами).А в 2015г вообще выпуск свернули, тоесть обновление каждые 7 лет, а гтр уже производят на данный момент более 16 лет. Хотя его "гражданская" версия вышла в далеком 2013г как ниссан скайлайн в 37 кузове.

Amazing! And I am surprised at the road manner on Autobahn, when caught up by faster car (GT-R!), all cars made the space for GT-R so smoothly. It must be the result of their experiences, or knowledge about serious accidents caused by too fast cars and slow cars on the same line.
I am even more impressed with the Autobahn system than with the car. It's not like other places where you hit top speed for just a few seconds to capture it on video and prove you've done it. These roads make these insane speeds truly useable in order to cover ground at imaginary rates. Is there a minimum speed that vehicles have to be driving at to be allowed to use the left lane? It doesn't seem so, but I think that could even improve the usability of the high-speed lane.

I'm Japanese, but 50 years ago (about 5 or 6 years after the first GTR was produced), I wanted to drive on the Autobahn, but unfortunately it was no longer a dream. But the sense of speed in the video is amazing. 😲 The overtaking car looks like a car running in the oncoming lane❣️

I've done 265km/h on the autobahn in my M135i and I have to say you definitely have to know the road before you do this because even on some places there can be considerable bumps in the road that can become really dangerous. After my run I bumped into one with 160-180 and that was scary as hell because I didn't expect it. If that would've happen on topspeed I fear I could've crashed.
Yep. It's all relevant. It's all about weight, aerodynamics, and suspension. I had a 280Z and a 240Z back in the day. Both were awesome sports cars. But around 135mph the wiper blades would pop up and the car acted like it wanted to get air borne. Hitting bumps was VERY scary. Got to know your car.
The car is amazing - but the fact that it cost in times less than the hyper cars, always makes me fall in love in the GTR, every time i see one. Its just real. I dont have the feeling i`m being scammed by hyper car factory owners.

It only has speed limited on some portions but long straights are pretty much unlimited.

GTR is a completely different level to a Supra. GTR competes with the cars like R8, AMG GTR, 911 Turbo S, M8 Competition etc. Supra is the level of Cayman, Boxster, Lotus, TT, F-Type etc.
evryone and their mom is a fan of the gtr . Supra is also very popular but not on this level. the fact that it can be upgraded so much and just its design makes it easily my favorite car.

Роман Иванов это начальный уровень в мире спорткаров. Время никого не щадит, в нулевых это было так - сейчас уже нет. Гетер все тот же остался. На нем запрещено ланчевать и скользить по сухому асфальту, иначе ты с гарантии слетаешь. Трансмиссии далеко до уровня пдк, для которой несколько ланчей подряд - норм режим.

@@newmen2077 танк т72 один из лучших представителей на время своей разработки в 70-х годах. То что эти танки уничтожаются современными джавелинами, это еще не говорит о "картонности" танка.
Я лично вообще считаю, что потенциал к модернизации этого танка огромен. В отличие от концепции абрамса, уместить экипаж в большой объем брони и хранить снаряды отдельно, у т72 был минус - автомат заряжания, который позволял ликвидировать заряжающего, но увеличивал поражаемость танка при любом пробитии. Надо только сделать необитаемую башню и она все проблемы решит. Против джавелинов также можно ведь нарастить броню крыши (башня всеравно необитаема, там даже люков не надо) и навесить дз. Экипаж сделать из двух человек, грубо говоря, водителя и стрелка.
Спортивные авто вообще убыточны для компаний. Вы можете посмотреть, что все производители перестают производить авто подобного класса. Есть ультрадорогие ламбы, буггати, ферры. Если будешь продавать спорткар за цену гтр, то о развитии модели придется забыть, что и случилось с ниссаном.

@@abrakadabra762 ничего, что 35 гтр выпускается с 2007г? Кроме рестайлингов с увеличением мощности и небольшими допилами по технике, особо ничего не поменялось. Например, эволюшен 7 от мицубиси появился в 01г, а в 2008 уже появился эво 10 (можно сказать, что 8 и 9 были рестайлингами).А в 2015г вообще выпуск свернули, тоесть обновление каждые 7 лет, а гтр уже производят на данный момент более 16 лет. Хотя его "гражданская" версия вышла в далеком 2013г как ниссан скайлайн в 37 кузове.

Amazing! And I am surprised at the road manner on Autobahn, when caught up by faster car (GT-R!), all cars made the space for GT-R so smoothly. It must be the result of their experiences, or knowledge about serious accidents caused by too fast cars and slow cars on the same line.
Because unlike the idiots here in America, people on the autobahn actually maintain lane discipline and move over if they're not passing.

I am even more impressed with the Autobahn system than with the car. It's not like other places where you hit top speed for just a few seconds to capture it on video and prove you've done it. These roads make these insane speeds truly useable in order to cover ground at imaginary rates. Is there a minimum speed that vehicles have to be driving at to be allowed to use the left lane? It doesn't seem so, but I think that could even improve the usability of the high-speed lane.
No dangerously no minimum at the left lane. If some sleepy drivers don’t see this flying aircraft coming while changing to the left lane he and the sleeper is 💀
I'm Japanese, but 50 years ago (about 5 or 6 years after the first GTR was produced), I wanted to drive on the Autobahn, but unfortunately it was no longer a dream. But the sense of speed in the video is amazing. 😲 The overtaking car looks like a car running in the oncoming lane❣️

I've done 265km/h on the autobahn in my M135i and I have to say you definitely have to know the road before you do this because even on some places there can be considerable bumps in the road that can become really dangerous. After my run I bumped into one with 160-180 and that was scary as hell because I didn't expect it. If that would've happen on topspeed I fear I could've crashed.
Yep. It's all relevant. It's all about weight, aerodynamics, and suspension. I had a 280Z and a 240Z back in the day. Both were awesome sports cars. But around 135mph the wiper blades would pop up and the car acted like it wanted to get air borne. Hitting bumps was VERY scary. Got to know your car.

The car is amazing - but the fact that it cost in times less than the hyper cars, always makes me fall in love in the GTR, every time i see one. Its just real. I dont have the feeling i`m being scammed by hyper car factory owners.
