Hi Janis, enjoying your videos again. Soooo glad you’re back and feeling better. I was intrigued when you shortly touched upon the pepper allergy. Could you tell me how this allergy looks like? Most people find it strange when I say pepper does not become me. Pepper gives me joint aches. I am extremely sensitive to not only food - and I have been eating as pure as possible for ages, so also sensitive to the healthy stuff - but also medicine, etc .. Just wanted to check if I could be having an allergy too. Would be worthwhile checking .. Stay safe and well dear friend. 🌸🌸🌸
Hi, Alicia. I learned I was allergic to (or don't tolerate well) black pepper from blood tests. I never knew I had an issue with it. What I did know I couldn't tolerate was hot red pepper. Whenever it was in a dish I consumed, I experience bladder pain. Now I stay away from both. I'm just like you regarding sensitivity to medicines, etc. Even some supplements. I'm glad to know what to say away from!
Yes, even supplements .. 😢 it remains difficult.

Great you're back and love the new things you've chosen! I've been a Ferragamo fan for over 25 years and don't know why the brand isn't more popular (but I actually like it that way). Still buying their bags and shoes while falling deeply out of love with my "loud" designer bags and shoes (lv, chanel).
Amy, I feel exactly the same way about Ferragamo that you do. Although, I must say I did not discover it until about 16 years ago when I bought my first pair of Ferragamo shoes. The quality of the merchandise… The workmanship is amazing. I also don’t understand why it isn’t more popular, but as you alluded to, it’s so nice that it isn’t being worn by everyone.:-)

Janice, I am so glad you are back. You are so lovely, and your serenity is so calming. It is not easy to be serene these days, as we all know. I loved your choices for everything - especially the pink. Have you had any trouble with your shoes not fitting after being in lockdown? A lot of us have this problem. I have to test my Ferragamos to see if they still fit. This is a real issue for a lot of women not wearing real shoes for so long - two and a half years, as you said. It is wonderful to have you back.
Hi, Patty. About the shoes...no, but my hands got larger. They only now are beginning to go back to their original size. Strange things happen to our bodies as we age!
I love that color pink! Everything is lovely; both the quilted pumps and the pink low heels are great looking. I grew out my gray hair-beginning in March 2020. I'd like to know if you changed your color palette when you turned gray. While I love pink and purple, I don't think I'm as fond of red on me anymore. I have light olive skin and very dark, almost black eye color.

Thank you, Wanda :-) Unfortunately, most if not all hotels along the beach are closed for the most part here in Naples. Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort was flooded, for example, and is closed. Hotels further inland (1 mile-plus) are open. The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort was never touched, because it's several miles inland. Ian devastated a lot of stores and restaurants on Third Street S and Fifth Ave. S. But everyone is vowing to reopen soon. Very positive and looking forward to the future.

Hi Janis I use to watch you for quite a while but Covid mess up everything. Time past you still look Fantastic but I see you lost alot of weight. Me also on the thin side so please check your bone density. I am 68 and was suprise at my results not good with osteoporosis. Beautiful pink 😊

How lovely you're back! So elegant - and your gorgeous voice is so calming in this maelstrom. Once so achievable to see a girlfriend - and now an unbelievable joy to meet again, isn't it? Perhaps it makes us appreciate so much more what we once took for granted. Yes, it is the reason I ended up purchasing them, in fact. Even the black pumps with slightly higher heel are comfy! Some people say you need to size up in the black pumps, but I didn't because I have a narrow heel.
Nordstrom Rack has good deals on Ferragamo. I once had some boots. I loved those things!

I actually saw a pink sweater on sale matches your pink things in a JCPenny ad it's saint johns brand I think, I may get it. I just bought a new navy purse and I was thinking that hot pink color would look great with navy. So glad you are out enjoying yourself. I have been struggling a lot myself too physically and mentally, it's been a really hard year for me, here's hoping this coming year will be better, keeping the faith and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ always. God bless you sweet lady! Also I grew out my hair gray and I really like it, sometimes I feel older with it, but I can not see going back to coloring my hair ever again no way. Almetra, I am 5 foot eight. However, I have very short legs for my height. All of my height seems to be in my long torso! 29 inch inseam touches the top of my feet. 28 inch seam is just at my ankles. Hope that helps you. If you are considering the pull on pants in khaki from J.Crew that I showed, I bought those in a tall, because I didn’t want them as cropped as they showed them on the young model.
