QuantumTV getting arrested for domestic violence is the least surprising arrest in the history of ever. UA-cam deciding that using their platform to commit and profit off of actual crimes is somehow not against TOS is also sadly not at all surprising.
Not only that, this is the same youtube that takes down people's videos of exposing child PD defending the predators like Sony playstation's I believe ceo or co president (I forgot what rank he is) for example.

Imagine you're a lawyer, got a case against a murderer, and you say during a live tv show you'll get the murderer behind bars, and then during the trial, the judge says the murderer is not guilty because you said you want them behind bars. This is basically what UA-cam did.

YT are the epitome of corporatist BS. They have rules, and they don't follow those rules except when they feel like doing it, and counting on the fact that no one is going to waste 10s of millions of dollars and a decade of their life suing them into the ground for all the contract violations they engage in or a daily basis.
This is an insanely bad and misleading comparison. I have watched TAM for 6 years or so and am obviously on his side, but as soon as I heard him say for the first time “my goal is to get his channel terminated” I knew he had really screwed himself over, and it was painful to watch everything unfold afterward and see so many people not understand why.
UA-cam is not a public court. Setting a precedent that users (especially those with large followings) can personally get someone’s channel taken down would be a HUGE mistake, regardless of how many violations they have made or how bad of a person they are. It’s not always so clear and obvious as this case, and it would be VERY easy to create a misleading video about almost any creator if someone wanted them gone. Quantum was a wildly evil person and absolutely deserved to get taken down, and UA-cam should have been WAY more transparent with Act Man and us viewers. But there will never be a day where UA-cam allows people to start making videos with the explicit goal of getting someone else’s channel taken down.
@@DeckofLies I do not get why you are saying this is a bad comparison because everything you just said strengthened the comparison. Act Man cannot get a persons channel terminated, much like how a prosecutor cannot convict someone of a crime. The prosecutors job is to prove they are guilty within a reasonable doubt with the facts they have, and their knowledge of the law to the judge or jury, like Act Man did to UA-cam who is the judge. So how is it a bad comparison?

Nor does it need to be a place where creators are attempting to get each other deleted, which is exactly what would happen. I’ve typed enough paragraphs already, but all Act Man should have done differently was point out the various ways he’s violated TOS and why he’s a POS, but never explicitly say his goal is to have the channel taken down. You can’t have people that openly go at each other’s throats here or it will turn into a cesspool of false accusations by creators trying to destroy other’s livelihoods.
His inability to accept criticism, realize he's at fault and learn from his mistakes does indeed make him a genuine narcissist.
It's because he also lacks any form of self-awareness.
I think its not worth giving low life miserable people who never got loved or attention like Quantum
Especially after his drama already happened he should be past’s nobody cares nobody misses him if he exist the next day or not

To this day, I think it’s ironic that out of all the characters Quantum could have chosen to use to hide his face, he picked Deadpool. Deadpool, who is canonically pansexual and it was confirmed *publically* by Deadpool writer Gerry Duggan in 2013 that he was. Quantum was using his likeness while spitting out the “pulse victim” rhetoric in 2018. The raging homophobe never seems to have realized that his “persona” was an LGBT+ character. And I will forever find that hilarious.

I posted on the Dark Souls subreddit as a noob the other day and was welcomed with nothing but support and recommendations on how to improve. Awesome community.
I had a girlfriend over a year ago, and got to experience her father who acted by definition, a narcissist. I experienced how he abused his wife and daughter, how he manipulated them to do whatever he wanted either through dehumanizing them, slapping them in the past, belittling them you name it he did it. the final straw was when i discovered he slapped his wife in my presenace where i told my girlfriend she needed to leave.
as of now, that gf went insane, became something she promised she wouldn't
but i still think, her getting out of that mans hands was a good thing. I HOPE, I PRAY, that Quantum gets every fucking thing that he deserves for his actions.

Narcissists/sociopaths are usually keen on finding what works in a social context, male or female, having no limits with lying to get what they want - it's much easier to charm someone when you're actively manipulating the other part. I mean, who wouldn't like an attractive person who seem to have the perfect personality? It's so fucking scary when they are smooth with it and you start putting the pieces together...

I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when all this went down. Everyday when I was at work I would put my headphones on and listen to each video the moment it was uploaded. And I remember watching the Darkseid of UA-cam one once and and went back to watch it again and it was gone. And every day I kept up with the story as I was at work all the way and still keep up with everything you post to this day. I appreciate what you do act man and you've given me many hours of entertainment and joy. UA-cam will forever have a stain for what they did to you and I know for sure all of us don't trust them anymore. I’m so glad quantum finally got what he deserved and seeing The Act Man accurately tell us what was going to happen wether it was in this video or ones in the past before it happened was so awesome. It’s also great that we got to see him tell us what happened in between all of the drama like quantum calling his mom and all the hell he went through and all the people that stood beside him most content creators don’t do this. Justice for the act man really paid off.
QuantumTV's entire personality basically screams "I am an abuser!!!" in my opinion. He lies and gaslights effortlessly, and he has a gigantic ego that is more fragile than wet tissue paper. I'm so glad that this whole fiasco is in the past, now, and that he didn't actually go out and harm anyone's family.

Some people don’t deserve a platform and QuantumTV is the picture perfect textbook definition of a deranged sociopath that doesn’t deserve any platform. Also I’m subbed to Joon, the guy has a pretty solid story telling style and unbiased outlook.
As they say with narcissists, every accusation they make is actually a disguised confession.

I had to watch this video all the way through twice. Once, cause it was amazing, but the second time was because I needed to make sure this was the one where you recommended Ace Attorney. I never had any interest in those games until you mentioned it here and I am OBSESSED. Bro was not kidding, the story is insane and I'm over here sweating like I'm in an actual court room. I will forever hold your recommendations to heart. Also, appreciate the tip about pressing every statement, it's been a life saver.

So glad Quantum’s wife was able to leave before having kids with him. As a retired Veteran, due to injuries, what QuantumTV had for service time (loose phrasing here) with a few months and then getting medically kicked out before completing training would be a "General Discharge" meaning neither Honorable nor Dishonorable because you didnt have time to fuck up or excel. Amongst the Veteran world that is the equivalent of "you showed up, got the t-shirt, then fucked off". That's not really a military man hahaha I mean, good on you for signing up but I would never tell anyone that was what happened to me. If that happened to me you would never even know I was in the service because I would be so upset/ashamed depending on the reason.
When my parents got a divorce in 2019 my mom became a drug addict and even tho she had sighs of being a sociopath and a narcissist before it was now like 100x more obvious she became a text book definition of a sociopath and a narcissist it took me and my sister 3 years of living with her on and off to finally make the decision to never see her again and only live with my dad and the reason I’m saying this is because I can with 100% confidence from seeing what my mom turned into say that quantum tv is a sociopath and a narcissist

@@db_524 thank you for the kind words yeah its an interetsing situation but im doing better its just takes longer to heal especially when its soemone like your mom doing ths stuff but i stayed with her for 3 years on and off and last summer i decided enough was enough so by the time i left i had started the acceptance stage of the 5 stages of grief its been a year and life is good
