Independence: Quadriplegic Car Transfer

Hi! This is my detailed car transfer video! I usually film my videos myself or my mom helps me but today my dad gave it a shot haha sometimes he didn't know which way was up while filming lol we still had a great time though! Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions! XO.

this is so awesome! i love ow independent you have made yourself! and by the way, good car choice. this was my first car and it literally saved mine and my ex best friend's lives! we accidently rolled/bounced in it.. the car was literally flying through the air our witness told us..and we bounced 5 or 6 times.. we walked away from the accident with some bruises from the seatbelt and a few seatbelt burns..a concussion.. and that was all. excellent car to have safet wise!!♡

I don't know if you know about this but you can have the back driver door flipped to open like a rolls royce, or sometime called suicide doors. and they just remove the seat so your chair can slide in and out without taking it apart

May I ask what kind of chair you have it looks super lightweight unlike mine but I keep my backrest on for one less step in my transfer I am a c7 incomplete quadriplegic paralyzed from the chest down and I drive a 2015 mustang if you’d like to check out my transfer videos feel free to do so I have tipper bars so I commend you on being able to go without them as for I have tipped over backwards to many times to count

Hi Steph, you are phenomenal and it's amazing how independent you are. Do you have upper body balance? I know you gained some back movement a little while after your accident but curious as to how much upper body balance you have.

You should of moved more often in your life
