- Jonathan Pollard is a high stakes litigation attorney and the founder of Pollard PLLC. Pollard and his colleagues have litigated hundreds of employment cases.
In this video, JP explains why you sometimes have to just get up and leave mediation.
A hell of a lawyer, I’ve learned and still learning as we speak, 🗣️ Jonathan Pollard is the voice listen to him at all costs.
Amen…keep the faith, get up and leave 🔥
Has this dude got meth mouth?
He suddenly has busted up teefus and a huge gap on the left side of his mouth.
Dude is busted.
If an employer has a mandatory arbitration clause, how does one sue under those conditions?
Are settlements under EEOC charges limited?
Get a lawyer asap, it maybe more in the pot.
🙌🏼🔥
Good evening I have a case what would I have to do to get a consultation ?
The company emailed me asking if i would entertain settlement. During the negotiations, they offered me pennies on a dollar. I told them thank you for your time. They asked well do you want to counter 😂. I told them i dont want to waste your time as i dont want my time wasted. I thanked them again a hung up...😅😅
Great tactic. Did they come back on their own with a better offer?
Question ...what reasons EEOC are dismiss Charge, they waited 10 days before the company had to reply, I get notice case closed.
Yes, but didn't they issue you a letter to sue? That is the follow-up if the case is closed, if I'm not mistaken.
😁 I love how ghetto you sound....yet you are knowledgeable and a leader in your field.
If by ghetto, you mean I sound like a brilliant grown ass man.
You meant he sounds like a relatable human being with passion and vigor. Unlike the vapid, souless vampires in Biglaw.
Ghetto? Absolutely not.
