This has really resonated with me from 34:50 onwards and I really want to be better for the girl that I love. I sometimes have outbursts of stuff I bottle up and I’m not able to express myself or feelings because I have to bury them a lot. And all of the stuff I say when I do say horrible things, has no real meaning. It’s literally like a expelling of my pain from within. I feel like having these in depth discussions would resolve it completely, because I never want for her to feel sad because of things I say. I would love to just be acknowledged for some of the pain that I’ve felt from her, whether it was intentional or not. It would feel like closure and understanding on the matters. She’s such an amazing person and I hold myself completely accountable for saying nasty things and I wish she knew how I really felt, how much I truly love and admire her and how I never meant any of it. She deserves that 😢

Honestly, I’m in a relationship where I feel like my partner doesn’t even want to try anymore . We’ve been on and off for 2 1/2 years . And I wish we would’ve had this knowledge beforehand..

What happens when you do hold yourself accountable for your actions or something you’ve have said and your significant other still make it seem like your not or you dont care about their feelings. What do you do then?
