I so follow you, intuitive fasting makes sense. Day to day we can keep our routine. However, going on holiday disrupts this. Will eat when hungry and when I can. Also, in my 60s, I need to not lose any muscle.
I was taking to the ER last night I was feeling so odd come to find out I was low on sodium and potassium so he told me to stop drinking so much water because I told him I drink up to 3 to 455 ounces of water a day +2 cups of coffee and a zero sugar soda. I fast for 24 hours every day. So I’m losing weight and getting healthy but now I’m dealing with this now. Any recommendations?
For every cup of coffee you need 5 glasses of water to counter act dehydration - potassium is needed for the heart - try cutting caffeine and see if things change

Take electrolytes
455 ounces water plus 16 ounces water and then soda - is way too much. Make sure you are eating enough, and cut back to 6-8 cups fluid
Try electrolytes in your water, and drink at least two cups of water before having coffee.
Thank you 😊
