More good information! I really appreciate your videos. I have HBP and Afib and I added Magnesium and CoQ10 to my supplementation a while ago and I notice a difference. I seems like the doctors won't suggest taking CoQ10 if you are on statins but you pointed it out in an earlier video. I'm going to consider L-Arginine and Beet Root.
You don't have to cook them, but if you decide to cook, bear in mind the longer you cook beets-especially in water-the more the colorful phytonutrients leach out of the food and into the water. All the best.
Taking all of them as supplements may be a little too much. Maybe focus on foods that contain these nutrients and then 1 or 2 supplements that you like. All the bsest.
